We arrived during the curfew and our bags had not made it onto our flights so we arrived with nothing but the clothes on our back. The duty manager whose name I unfortunately can't remember was so helpful, calling the airport to try and get through to them about our luggage. The hotel wasn't fully booked so he also upgraded us to a sea view room. We enjoyed happy hour and dinner on their roof top terrace and slept really well in the room. I would definitely go back.

We didnt stay at this hotel but we spent two evenings on the rooftop bar over the weekend. Great DJ, atmosphere, menu and service. Drinks and food mid-range. I cannot comment on the rooms, but the building is modern, clean and well kept.

Check-in was prompt and the room was maintained but had a few things to do, such as the stain on the carpet. Apparently the mini bar was on request which was a bummer! The rooftop had great views and a happy hour from 6pm to 8pm. Overall it was a good stay. I must mention Mandira who greeted us at check-in who was very friendly and hospitable, she helped us plan our trip in Srilanka and made us excited to be here. Me and my wife were impressed of the service provided by her and we want to thank her for taking care of us and checking on us during our trip. Thank you once again!

Everything was amazing, waiters and people are so gorgeous, for everything, they managed to have a live singer for our friend’s birthday, so that was spectacular!! Really love it, especially Champi she is very good and nice, organized everything and managed, coming every 15 minutes to check us is very cute and good from her side. Hotel is in very good location and comfortable to stay. Rooms were well cleaned especially room attendant Asanka(I hope I spell his name correctly. Room number 607) was very friendly and hospitable. Reception staffs were helpful and friendly, but I do not remember all their names. Staff member who did my check-in was great hospitable. Also staff member Sameera who was there for my check-out was excellent too. Few comments to improve customer services; - roof top restaurant service was not very attentive. Seems like they are not willing to serve everyone there. Focus more to European clients. - EAT, the breakfast restaurant services need to be improved. Staff need to be more hospitable and service oriented. Maybe its the service they are been trained or they maybe not happy. Quality of food in both outlets were really nice. …

The best place to relax with friends in the evening in Colombo is OZO Colombo We had my friend s bachelorette party on rooftop with a delicious cake made by the hotel. Sun set, romantic music and delicious food with great service. Thanks for the wonderful staff.

Hotel room and tidiness is very good. 👏🏼Breakfast very nice. Much to choose from. Staff is very friendly and helpfull🥰. Gym is quite small though🥲. The best was the roof top bar. Pool has amazing view, live music and from 6-8pm they have happy hour 2 for 1 which is very nice. Definetly try some snacks from menu and enjoy the drinks 🥂 Champi was our waitress and she is the best! 👑 Nice relax time with my new husband!. Thank you! ☺️
