I visit Sri Lanka often and always stay a minimum of 4 nights at Hilton Colombo before I travel around the country. The recognition from the entrance all the way to FOH and restaurant areas is exceptional. Rooms with amazing views overlooking Colombo and we were lucky to witness the beautiful lobby with the Christmas decorations. Special thanks to Zainab, Sadun, and Dinesh from housekeeping, who looked after our room personally. We are anxious to re-visit.

I stayed a few nights at the Hilton in one of their renovated king rooms which had a great view looking over the city towards the ocean. The refurbished rooms were great. Modern, comfortable and tasteful. Finally a hotel that has switched out USB plugs for USB-C plugs! The staff were all warm, helpful and friendly. I’d happily stay again.

Had an amazing experience from the entrance it self. Mr.Eranda , Manager gave us an exceptional service. Highly appreciate his professionalism and the amazing customer service . While this hotel has been around for a long time, it is quite well maintained and clean. However, what really makes this place stand out is the staff - the genuine, warm and sincere service really made all the difference and made our stay really special and memorable! The front desk and concierge team was welcoming, helpful and proactive. In particular, the staff at the Executive Lounge were awesome and really made us feel well taken care of. Kudos to the team! We look forward to future visits after the latest upgrading is done.

The Front Office staff...from Doorman, to concierge, to bell boys...were all very friends and professional. Also room boys were very polite and helpful. I understand that all rooms are to be upgraded. I would have loved to see a new room but did not get the opportunity.

Great stay short and sweet. Excellent service from all touch points. Front office manager Eranda and his team took care and attended to my requirements. Diamond status well recognised staff and room upgraded as well. Refurbished room had all the amenities needed. Evening food at the lounge had an extensive variety of local and foreign cuisine.

I had a 5 day stay at this hotel. Hilton Colombo Hospitality was a clear standout to me. Every single staff I interacted with were warm welcoming and friendly. The newly renovated rooms were clean and spacious, Bathrooms complete with required amenities. Staff at Graz restaurant were exceptionally welcoming and friendly. Lab bar and live music great. Lovely hotel which had great bands every evening. The food and ambiance are very good. Would definitely come back. Great location opposite the Dutch hospital. Good gym and pool but have to go across a bridge and walkway to get to it.
