It is not a hotel but Hostel. After more than 30 hours of traveling clean bed is what you need. Nassan's guesthouse was the best choice. Located in the center of UB close to Department Store but as for the UB conditions not so laud. Mrs Nassan speaks good russian, and communicative english so there where no trouble while I...

We had booked a double room about two months in advance of our arrival and were quoted $42 per night which seemed like a lot when compared with surrounding hotels, but the reviews about the owner were positive. She organised a transfer to pick us up from the train station for $8 which we later realised was about four times...

Stayed here for one night. Place is very clean with high ceilings, and the staff were very friendly. Best of all, it was totally empty so had the complete run of the place. Only issue was that it took a few mins to find - there's a sign, but it's not obviously linked to the steel gate - one more...

We stayed with Nassan because we found a good tour arrangement here. It's not the best hostel ever, but good enough! It is mongolian, so don't expect Western luxury anywhere...To sum up our mixed feelings, some pro's and con's: + great location, very central + free train pick up by her very well english speaking brother + good beds +...

My friend and I booked one night for this Nadaam. In that day we got lost in front of the building so after 30mins wandering I called the owner and said I couldn't find the gate. She just told me that the gate is in the east side of the corner and the door was open. That was all. So...

We booked with Nassan after realizing that during Nadaam is very difficult to get accommodation. She cofused our reservations, sending one of the members of our group to another hostel until the rest arrived. We did not have hot water for 4 days, and she gave us a very hard time when we accidentally entered her flat with shoes. We...

None of the hostels in UB are partiicularly amazing. Most are tired and a bit run down so you will need to adjust your expectations a bit. Nassan is friendly and helpful and the place is clean enough with very good access to Peace Ave etc. There is also a kitchen with self catering facilities. Bathroom is shared.

good for solo traveler but it is overpriced. They charged me 22 USD for a ride from the airport to their guesthouse. While my current guesthouse, KHONGER picks you up for free and offers u a lot more services for free. Nassan doesn't have hot water 24 hours so if you need to take a shower early in the morning...

The owner can be a bit pushy and it sometimes feels like she was only being nice to get good reviews. We did a tour with another company (which we booked before our accomodation) and on our return we were lectured about her driver needing to feed his kids and needing money...not very welcoming! Don't really feel like a lecture...

I visited a couple of the others. UB Guesthouse was crowded and kind of dirty and dingy, though the folks working there were quite nice. But the difference between there and Nassan Guest House could not be greater. Nassans Guesthouse was spotlessly clean, very bright and well equipped. And Nassan herself, who runs the place is such a kind and...
