Don't expect 5 stars quality when you check in, because it is not. Basic necessities such as bar soap is available. Room is not particularly clean, a little dusty. Washroom has bathtub but I won't recommend taking a bath but good for a hot shower. Bed was pretty hard and there is kettle available. basic breakfast with cereal, eggs, rice...

I enjoyed my stay at the Michelle Hotel - the location was good, quite a short walk to the centre of town but not so central that it's noisy. Beds are hard but I gather that's the norm round these parts. Nice and quiet rooms. Fairly clean. Great wifi. Reasonable views higher up. Staff are pleasant and responsive. You get...

The Michelle Hotel does provide a feeling of safety upon entering the lobby. They provide a great breakfast each morning and have quite a nice cafe. The room decor however is a bit out of date, beds are like sleeping on concrete, but they are clean. Overall, they are a bit pricey for the level of accommodations.

Communist era hotel, very basic, poor plumbing, disinterested staff , but reasonable breakfast and variable Wifi. Cheap and convenient.

After travelling more than 20 years criss-cross Europe and the United States, this is definitely the worse hotel i saw. Nothing worked. Everything was dirty, torn and broken, the sheets had holes and blood-stains, the carpet was terribly dirty and full of stains like from chewing gum. The chandelier suppose to have, 5 bulbs, in which only 2 of them...

Hotel is quite OK - at the price it had originally been offered (35'000 MNT). On arrival we were charged 70'000 MNT insteead, ... the original offer being "for Mongolians". Where in the world (since Hitler and Apartheid) have you got 2 prices for 2 different kinds of races. The quality of the room and breakfast was really Mongolian (protruding...

My stay there was fine, standard motel type compared to US standards. Pretty clean just very outdated decor. A friend of mine did get cash stolen from her room.
