Stayed for 3 nights from 8 July. Poor welcome to hotel, did not get told about breakfast time or venue. My room was not cleaned once during the stay, and towels not changed. I was asked to change rooms, but luckily my tour guide spoke to the reception and I got to stay in the same room.
The hotel is nice and comfortable, but some staff do not speak English and are not very helpful on the reception desk.

The place was clean and good accomodation. Loved the hotel and its decor along with the area to relax and enjoy breakfast. Really liked the breakfast and staff was very friendly and helpful. I would love to recommend this place.

Getting the wrong room, no air conditioning, inflexible staff. English language almost not possible to speak. Better spend a little more money and choose a real well-known hotel in the center. Breakfast terrible, fatty ice cold food (see dripping cold fat in the video), little choice !
