Outside of building looks a bit dishevelled but inside is lovely. Very quiet. Free breakfast. Close to restaurants and state department store where you can buy all sorts of stuff. Also not too far to the amusement park

I agree with Sally. Zaya's sent a driver to fetch me from the airport at 2AM and charged me $15, payable to Zaya's in either US dollars or (should you have them) MNT tugrugs. They're great to work with; just email them and it will happen. You don't need to worry about getting a taxi yourself at that hour.
