We arrived by taxi, was dark, so pulled up outside the hotel, it is located about 30mts down a small lane, off the main road. Check in was ok, we had an upstairs room, and there is no lift, wasnt a real problem for us. Nice view over the pool, on far side of hotel. As it ws late, just bought some Pringles, and beers from reception to eat in room. Room was clean, and well maintained, Bed very firm, thats the norm, the shower had a very poor spray from the main overhaed one, but the other head was fine. Bannanas, cakes and waters left for us. Breakfast was basic, but the cooked part was decent, and fresh. Air conditioning very good, and so quiet through the night. Plenty of bars, restaurants on the block, and night market at bottom of street. My only gripe, was about 9.30 am sitting in bedroom, and the cleaners wanted in.. we just said that it was ok, we would sort it, the previous day we sat on the balcony while they were cleaning it... Friendly and approachable staff on reception desk, even though one forgot to book taxi to airport.. but was quicly resolved Overall, not too bad for £25 a night.

First looks can be deceiving. When we pulled up in the taxi, the front of the hotel is not impressive at all, but it turns out the rooms are very clean, quiet, and comfortable. Staff is very nice, location is good as there are many good restaurants and bars within a 4 block radius. Wifi is strong, the pool is nice to cool off in, and the bed was very comfortable for us. Decent price too.

This boutique hotel is in an excellent position and excellent price. The rooms are cool, roomy and comfortable, all rooms have a view of the lovely pool which is also a nice place to sit at the end of the day and have a few drinks and a dip. The staff are very friendly and go out of their way to help with any of your needs like transport for tours and to the airport. Also very helpful with local information. The many many different restaurants start from just up the lane. It is a delightful place to stay !!!!

The hotel location needs to enter 50m in an alley. Really extremely quiet, though is in the center. You can walk from the hotel to restaurants, supermarkets, night markets, temples. The room is sufficient, small, clean, very cozy. Great view of the pool. The garden and the pool are very beautiful and quiet. Breakfast is not too diverse, but it feels good to me. I felt it was worth the money I had to pay. Friendly staff, helpful. Always welcome us with sweet smile. Come back here!

Situated in a small alley, a van or bus will probably not be able to enter. Lame. Lobby/Reception area is very small. I was assigned room 101 which i fully recommend all travelers to AVOID. Some pros and cons about my room : its the very first room located on ground floor and i was not able to get good sleep because the room is too close to the breakfast area and it is located right behind the lobby area. The manager there is this lady in early 40's, with her stupid dog who'd start barking at everyone at 7AM. Noise from breakfast area didnt make it any better. I felt sleep deprived. After speaking to the manager lady about it she smirked at me and said "next time we give you room upstairs". I was like "sure but what about now"?. She said she will let me know but ignored me. Room size is large, bathroom also large sized BUT no shower curtains, so basically after u shower its a mess! Air conditioning is good, wifi works well. House-keeping does an "ok" job, i had to remind the manager lady twice to get my room cleaned, it was done at 5pm in the evening. I would like to add that this manager lady Boukhama or Boukham (i forget her name) is Not professional. She asked me for my number while i stayed there which i found so weird and scary. At first i told her i dont wish to share it but everytime she saw me she asked for it, i gave in and asked for her number instead (+8562029982228) and promised i will call but i did not. People like her not only make it worse for someone who is visiting Vientiane for the first time but it shows that there is no professionalism in place for someone at a managerial level to do their work and not harass in-house guests. I request the higher management to handle her situation in a professional way. Location of the hotel is great with spa, restaurants, convinient stores, bars all around it. Will i return?....Doubtful.
