can walk everywhere from this hotel - reasonable pool if you want to relax and overall one of the better hotels in Vientiane for the price. Breakfast is a standard buffet as you get across Asia - staff in hotel very helpful at all times

Decent hotel to stay in for business. The rooms are large, clean and have free wifi coverage. English is not widely spoken, but the hotel staff were generally quite good and very helpful where possible. I'm not a huge breakfast eater, but the fresh fruit, juices etc great, as was the cooked breakie I had a few times.

We would have awarded 4 stars for this hotel, but there were difficulties. We had a lovely room on the top floor, with balcony, overlooking this busy side street. Sadly, we were unable to gain access to the balcony as the patio door seemed to be permanently locked. If access had been gained then there was no table nor chairs....

We found it difficult to select a hotel in Vientiane. This was the reason that we selected Best Western because we thought that we know what we get. This was what happened - we got an average hotel with no enthusiasm but no big problems. The breakfast was a new experience - partial limited buffet. Could have been better.

In fact we walked to all the main temples and other sites . The hotel itself is fine and the service good and friendly. I was on the top floor...

At first we thought that the hotel was ok for the price. Then when it was time for bed it was impossible to get a good night's sleep. The road outside is so noisy. Dogs barking all night, tuk tuk drivers having shouting competition's with each other and bars directly opposite the hotel which do not close early. The breakfast...
