If you want a very modern, huge, well appointed hotel, this is it. Very luxurious with an amazing pool. Well situated close to restaurants etc. The staff were a bit impersonal but very efficient. If possible get a room on the corner facing the street so that you have views across two sides of the city.

Being located in city center, very convenient for going out for restaurants, shops, some famous temples. Room is clean, lobby space is enough to have short business meeting as well. Sometime wifi connection in room is unstable but basically enough for business use. Since this is a 5 stars hotel in Vientiane, price is more than 100USD per night.

6 floors of hotel rooms with a decent Chinese restaurant and the best Japanese food restaurant in a hotel in Vientiane or Laos. The Japanese GM has done a great job training the local staff and the morning breakfast food offerrings were clean, crisp and hygienic. The shower was working well with enough water pressure all day and night long....

older hotel in a city in full evolution, recently refurbished. Rooms now quite ok, bathrooms could be little more modern, but overall comfortable and rooms and amenities. Staff helpful , swimming pool excellent, nice fitness room. Has to be compared to other Lao places and is quite above standard. Have been there many times never been disappointed. Buffet restaurant is...

Nothing wrong, perfect location, staff attentive, rooms renovated and quiet, parking as well as food/beverage no problem either. The price was rather stiff but due to the lack of options at short notice I took it. Stayed one night and would stay there again if no other (more competitive) option available.

Stayed for few days on business trip. Hotel is very well located with nice park and fountain with restaurants near by. Hotel itself is not having anything that special. Typical 4 star hotel. Pool seemed bit small but service was great. Also the breakfast selection was very good at least for my taste.

I only stayed there for 1N and I found the hotel to be very good as the front desk service was quick, room was big enough, the lobby itself is huge for many activities. The buffet breakfast also has a decent spread. Its decor is somewhat boutique (maybe to me) but the it was just one thing that really made...

I have to agree with the previous reviewer about its premier location. The rooms are clean, modern and super comfortable. Staffs are friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet has everything to please everyone in our family. We had a really enjoyable trip to Vientiane. Definitely will stay here again in the future.

The hotel is well appointed with easy access to the centre of Vientianne city, walking distance to the presidential palace, restaurants and the river where you can find great food and drinking holes! It serves up a pretty good breakfast buffet and has a good gym, and pool. Though it's a little pricey, it's good value given the location and...

For the first "official five star hotel" in Laos, this was really a nice place to stay. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and seem to have been recently refurbished (the hotel was refurbishing one floor during my stay). The staff were very friendly, helpful and certainly made me feel welcome. Service probably not "5 star" standards, but then again...
