It's a nice small guesthouse which is close to the Night Market and other places to visit in the city centre. Our rooms were comfortable and clean but we had no window to the outside. Throug our window we could see the inside of the building which was not a problem for us but you have only little light in the room. The best thing about the guesthouse was thw shower. It's big and there is a lot water coming out of it.

It locates in the center of Vientiane city. Lovely wooden decoration, the rooms are big and clean. The owner is friendly. I recommend you to ask for the rooms with window to see Mekong view. There are many good restaurants surrounded by.

The lower floors seem to be occupied by long-stay residents so you invariably be posted on the top floor. Sheets not clean upon check-in, room only serviced once for 3 night stay. No fridge, hot water, not even any glasses in the room. Plenty of other places to stay in this location. Don't book ahead and ask to see the room first before committing to a hotel.

Stayed two nights on a visa run from Thailand. Great location can walk or bike to most attractions. Advise to see the rooms. First one shown to me on 3rd flr. was good enough. Size of room was bigger compared to others places I saw earlier. Double bed semi-comfy, dining table, dresser, fridge, wifi in room decent speed, cable w/English channels, cool A/C, wash area w/dishes, bathroom w/hot shower. Bathroom sink didn't work but used the wash area sink instead. Got room rate down to 500 Baht/night (approx. 115,000 kip) excluding breakfast but plenty of great cafes & food nearby. Hard to find better for this price. It's not modern, it's not chic but it works.

Stayed one night. Apart from bedlinen not being clean and ni hot water in shower, it was impossible to sleep due to something wrong with waterpipes. When people in other room used water it made noise in the rooms next door. Totally impossible to sleep. We changed to another hotel and spent same money there for better room. ( 150 000 KIP for a doubleroom, no breakfast included)
