Check-in was fast. Room was big, clean, with refrigerator, electric hot pot, tv, nice sized closet space, and basic items a traveler might need. Staff are pleasant and spoke good English. Breakfast was decent. It would be good if there are more electric outlets in convenient locations. Due to concern of coronavirus, hotel offered face masks and hand sanitizer free of charge to hotel guests.

I stayed here on the first night of the trip. The hotel looks like someone's attempt at luxury who has a very bland taste and no real exposure to the world at large. It's likely built when the country was still closed off to the world at large. While the hotel occupies a large swath of land (by Vientiane city center standard), I think their definition of luxury is the large size as opposed to design and decoration. No complaints service-wise. Things work well enough. However, I know of and stay at better hotel for cheaper rate.

I recently went there for a two night stay during my study tour in Laos a few days ago. I was living on the third floor and everything was nice and ok. The room was neat and tidy and they provide free bottled water. The ac was also very strong. We had breakfast and lunch there too and they were satisfactory. Everything was fine but there was a tiny little problem with the morning call service. The morning call was supposed to be at 5 am but ended up to ring at 5:45 am. Luckily i set my own alarm and i woke up on time! The toilet was also a bit dirty. Overall everything was fine and i hope the problems stated above could be solved soon!

Hotel is okay for a short stay but definitely lacking in amenities. Wifi was spotty at times. Breakfast buffet was decent enough. Friendly staff. Beds were not very comfortable. Air conditioner went up in our room during our stay so they moved us but the room had a view of a wall...

Well maintained 4 star hotel. Large rooms with all the amenities. Upgraded to a suite which was huge and really impressive. Offered welcome drink. Staffs are courteous. Very good breakfast. Definitely come back.
