The hotel is clean and in a good location but I had big problems with booking a train ticket, I got booked on a bus instead and paid more than double the price that the bus should have cost. So the hotel is good but never ever ever use their ticket service! I feel very disappointed because everyone was so friendly but now I feel like I have been used for money, I hope you can learn from my mistake.

Family oriented hotel near the night market, Mekong River, temples, and city centre. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are very clean. We stayed here over a week and we loved it. Coffee and toast included in the price.

Got my room here quite happy with it there is no TV but that's fine with me it's shared bathrooms as well which is okay not up my alley but it's okay and they're very clean the room is fairly comfortable the beds are a little hard but I don't mind that either is a very nice location I have a temple on each side of the hotel seems to be very safe here so far and not very noisy comes with a decent breakfast I was happy with it this is a budget hotel more like a Backpackers kind of place but it's quite acceptable

Stayed for one night whilst in Vientiane. Was in a double room on the third floor. Check in friendly, don't let the amount of 'do not' signs put you off. The room was small but fine for a night. Two little bottles of complimentary water were in the room, with a TV, fan, air con, and shower and toilet area. Bed was fine. WiFi worked. You could get food in the Lobby, which looked good. We just had a couple of large Beerlaos which were a good price. Breakfast the next day was fine. A choice of egg, fruit, local dish, bread and jam. Coffee was available as well. All floors had a water dispenser as well, to fill up any empty bottles for your next day. All in all, a fine one night budget stop.

Our group of 13 people stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. It was decent, staff was nice, place was clean and breakfast was pretty good. Walking distance from the night market and not too far from the airport.

This is good option. Luckely they don’t acept many “problematic people”. But: Is not cheap. The desk front was not friendly. Another guesthouse have the same name ( cheap ). Good location. And view. I was at best rooms ( biggest )

When we arrived we immediately were put off by all the signs saying what you may / may not / must not do. In our room there were eight such signs. I think there were five in the lift. They wanted us to pay for the room in advance but there was nobody on duty capable of operating the credit card machine. However, after we got used to their way of working we found it quite a reasonable place to stay. It's true that the shower drains to the opposite corner of the bathroom so you're always wading through water to get to the wc, and it's also true that the room isn't very big. But in the end we found it strangely likeable. Perhaps we're just weird.

I've stayed here for 2 nights and it's pretty close to night markets and Mekong River bank where you could find a plenty of cheap locals food or higher standard restaurants surrounded by. Breakfast is good and it doesn't take long to get what you've ordered. The negative about this property are the room is not so clean and small.

Nice hotel in a budget range! We had mixed expectations. We reserved double room but when we arrived it was still occupied by previous guests. Receptionists was fair and offered us other, a bit cheaper room but for compensation we were offered a free breakfast. Room was clean, nice, a bit small but good for the price. Breakfast is also good, even with banana pancakes.

One night was enough! Tiny room for two people, nowhere to put your bags. Too many rules, can't do this, can't do that. No computer tablets at breakfast! Shower water ran down to the toilet so you had to wade through water to get to it. Tap broken. Noisy ac. Filthy bath mat. Just horrible. Find somewhere else or you'll regret it.
