I walked into this hotel and asked to see the room, which was room 409, top floor with street view and nice and bright with 2 windows. The room is clean spacious and the bathroom is as well. Staff is friendly and polite. For the price I paid, this wouild be a deal hard to find else where in this town. I normally spend about $8.00 a night more for the same quality and if I find a hotel for the same price then I promise you that the room will not be as nice as what you get here. I come to Vientiane about every 6 months and I am happy to hav e stayed at this place. I will surely be back here.

I noticed 11 of the reviews complain rude owner or staff, my issue is same. I was showering and trying to check out on time at 11:30 am when the room phone started ringing. As I try to shower, shave get ready in 30 min, my phone buzz one after another, hysterically. Probably it ringed about 6-7 times each about 30 seconds. I finally picked up and the front desk women ask me if I want to stay another day. I told her I am getting ready to check out and not to bother me with repeat calls. She blamed me that she would not call many times if I picked the phone ! There is something very wrong with this confused individual.

Really enjoyed our 2 night stay in twin room. The room was large with nice ensuite bathroom. All usual WiFi, air con, housekeeping and amenities provided and replaced daily. Very central location with lots of restaurants nearby and next to night market and park. Off main road so very quiet and peaceful for good nights sleep. Reception staff very helpful with airport transfer (reasonable price for taxi). Good value for money. Would stay again!

It is now midnight. I finally managed to fall asleep, which was hard to begin with because the pillows here are way too thick and they said they didn't have anything else. I was awaken by a non stop irritating buzzing sound, probably from the next door's aircon unit. I went down to the lobby to ask for a solution and the receptionist came out of a tent in the middle of the lobby, half asleep and not very responsive. His reply was "sorry, we are full". And that's it. Not even the slightest attempt to do any better than that. He didn't even want to come up and listen to the noise by himself, and I am willing to bet my life that the hotel is not even 20% full. Steer clear of this horrible place if you desire a good night sleep or some kind of a proper "service"... This is hands down the worst experience I have ever had in a hotel. This is also the first time in my life that I'm writing a bad review for a place, and I didn't even check out yet! Oh, and the internet is very laggy and unstable, but that's kind of normal in Vientiane...

After staying at a plain room guesthouse the night before and getting bitten by many mosquitoes I decided to upgrade and found this place. The room was big and the bed good enough for me, bathroom had the shower away from toilet and sink, TV was OK and even had a small table to work on. So value for money this place was good and I will return to this place for my next meeting in Vientiane, even though I had to walk to the 4th floor, I would still stay here.
