We loved this hotel. It was very clean and the staff were very friendly. We used the laundry service and it was perfect. The breakfast was excellent and they have home-made yogurt...yum. Great location to walk to shops and restaurants and also the waterfront.

There is an elevator. However the hotel rooms are spread amongst two buildings with a "courtyard" in between. Hence you may need to carry your luggage across the courtyard to get from the check-in area to the next building (if your room is in the second building).
There are NO ground-floor rooms. The entire ground floor is the lobby/hotel office/courtyard area.
