I stayed at this hotel, having been in various locations in Laos for the prior two weeks. I was delighted to find the hotel location to be a 5 minute walk and check-in was simple. I was staying on the 5th floor and was advised the lift only went up to the 4th, so I had a short flight of... More

Very basic room in the center of town. As usual in Laos the wi fi connection was awful. Did have an elevator which was nice for a change. The rooms were clean and fairly well appointed. No complaints the breakfast was egg, eggs and more eggs.

Our room was not clean, the floor was gritty and there was something on the floor of the shower. The wallpaper is peeling off the walls and we could touch the wall outside the only window in the room. The lift clunked in a terrifying way. Breakfast was pretty boring too.

Our room was okay.. Until we saw the big water patches on the head boards and realised that the air con LEAKED right by my friends HEAD! So she had to sleep down the other end. Told one of the staff and he said this was normal as theres ice in the air con. Rubbish. Insects in the bed. Breakfast... More

This hotel was clean and breakfast seemed to be a hotel after thought served on the front porch. They had few items for breakfast, eggs cooked to order, croissant, and pineapple. It was easy to get to important tourist attractions in the city by walking or tuk-tuk. Police presence was on the streets around the hotel giving a safe feel.

Hotel was clean, rooms are small but that's to be expected in a capital city and good location. What is on offer for breakfast was fairly good - the thing that let it all down was the service at breakfast, the staff were unhelpful and seemed to want to be anywhere other than work

A good clean hotel in a good central location. We stayed here for one night before flying out of the country and the hotel was in a perfect location and the facilities were good. Room was small as you would expect for a city hotel. The one negative were the breakfast staff who seemed to have a general problem with... More

This boutique guesthouse tucked behind the main city thoroughfare is an ideal place to base the Budget conscious tourist. Granted the rooms are small, they serve the purpose of a comfortable bed with clean bathroom and a tranquil view from the window. At much less than USD30 you get great service, an adequate breakfast amidst pleasant surroundings and convenient location... More

Quaint hotel, clean, secure, firm beds, air con, good water pressure and hot water. Has a fridge but no tea pot. Some construction next door but not too noisy. Late guests checked in around 2:00 am and were a bit rowdy. Only here one night with a tour group but I would come back. Choose to the night market and... More
