I like the location and return to this hotel for several time. Despite the poor draining system and aging facilities, some staff are friendly and helpful. But the last time when I left, i was charged for a bottle of evian from the mini bar which i didn't even know where the mini bar is. I've explained but the receptionist... More

Good locations of hotel, room are beautiful and good (depends); but unfortunately this hotel needs a good refreshments. The floors are smelly and sometimes in the room. Services not even professionals, teams not easy for understanding.

Hotel is old but we'll maintained. Breakfast is awesome. Lot's of choice. Hotel is just located within 5 mins walking to Central Market and Bus station. Trip from airport to Hotel is around $7 per car. Good for short visit.

The hotel is located near the Central Market and there are lots of restaurants nearby. Room - nothing much to complain about, but nothing much to shout about either. The bathroom gets flooded because the drainage isn't particularly great. Wi fi available but is intermittent - I have had to log on numerous times as it got disconnected after a... More

My partner and I recently stayed at this hotel for 5 nights whilst travelling through Cambodia. The rooms were large, with a big double bed and were very comfortable. The hotel also has free WIFI and satelite TV. Throughout our stay the front desk was very helpful and were able to answer all our questions and provided valuable assistance. I... More

Stayed one night, the room was fine, free wifi. Adequate breakfast, toast and fruit. My room didnt have an outside window so it smelt quite musty. Still better than most in the area though. It is a city that never sleeps. Better to eat in the restaurant as most if thr eating places seem to be roadside.

Like this place, the rooms are big and comfortable. The plus point - it's lobby is large and suitable for small group business discussions. Downside - wifi at rooms are slow, choose rooms at higher levels, or those facing the inner air-well as a shop nearby selling electronic equipment blasts their music at a crazy volume. The complimentary breakfast is... More

After being disappointed by the Cardamom Hotel, I moved to Asia Palace. I was shown 2 room types (35 USD & 40 USD). The amenities are the same. The more expensive rooms are just bigger. I opted for the smaller room, but was gifted the bigger room for 35 USD. The AC is excellent (icy cold if you want). The... More
