We were a group of 5 with kids staying for two nights. The hotel is in the heart of the city, elegantly furbished, with a nice pool, and set menu breakfasts with quality products (Erik Kayser bread, nice tea). It could be perfect but small inconveniences added up and made our stay there average. 1/ Our transfer from the airport... More

A beautiful hotel resort, private and secluded and surrounded by many shady trees. Staff are wonderful. Rooms are very pretty and spacious depending on your guest number. Food is great at the open dining area beside the pool. I really liked that we were closed off from the traffic and the ever insistent Tuk drivers. Only negative comments I can... More

Stayed at the Kabiki for four nights, lovely hotel in a beautiful garden with lots of shade and good pool. Very well situated in a small street where cars are not allowed, so it was very quiet. Rooms were very spacious, staff were very friendly and attentive.

Stayed 3 nights and liked it. Pros: great pool, great staff- very very helpful, great garden, good location. Cons: restaurant should be improved. Breakfast is OK, but restaurant is behind with much better options outside. Rooms are not fancy, but certainly good and convenient.

We stayed here as the first hotel we stopped at in Phnom Penh and it was fantastic, a little oasis in the busy city center, when you are by the pool you do not realize how close to everything you are. The staff were very friendly and the food was fantastic and very reasonably priced. I completely recommend this little... More

Very large pool - good for lengths. One of the biggest in Phnom Penh. Lovely breakfast - delicious bread. Nice garden setting. Very tranquil. Very accommodating staff - in reception, housekeeping and restaurant.

This is a great family hotel. The family room was luxurious with separate area for the kids. The kids loved the pool that was open all hours. The food was very good. Service was excellent and all the staff are very helpful and friendly. The setting is really special: a colonial building in the heart of the city with a... More

The pool and atmosphere was so tranquil. Servive was excellent, such friendly staff. The breakfast selection was great as well. You will not regret... More

We were only here one night but enjoyed a dip in the pool and some games in the bar in the evening. The place is beautiful, lit up by fairy lights and lanterns at night. The rooms were clean and and comfortable. The pool and deck chairs are well shaded from the sun and there is a smaller, shallow pool... More

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
After opening our famous Pavilion boutique hotel, we realised, as people with family ourselves, that Phnom Penh needed a resort that was family orientated and child friendly. The historic colonial house we found on Oknha Peich Street with its 3500m2 of surrounding land was perfect. Caring, friendly staff, lots of nature for children to explore, the Kabiki is a place to relax, take a swim and lounge in the sun between days exploring Phnom Penh and the nearby attractions of the Royal Palace, Wat Botum and the riverside. We planted over 500 native trees, many of which we've placed name tags on so you can identify them yourselves. ... more   less
