Super friendly staff, and the meal test fantastic. Nice decorated and well maintained, the green environment around make me felt natural with the sound of waterfall in the pool. I have no doubt to suggest this place to my other friends.
We are lucky to live in Phnom Penh and, while fear about Coronavirus was incrising day after day, we decided to spend the week end in A&P just to relax, enjoy, and stay away from the surounding turmoil. Obviously no problem to book a room at that time and, as usual, same level of professionalism upon check in. The spacious room Kola Bottom was ready, welcome drink too, and staff smiling as usual. Protective measures implemented, with hydoalcoholic gel available everywhere, WHO recommendations printed and displayed in khmer and English at the bar, in the lockers area and near the spa. We did not go out for 48h and stayed in self confinement, enjoying the luxurious garden and the pool, the spa facilities, and of course the breakfast and dining facilities. Well, to stay confined for 48h in such a place was not that long. Check out came too fast and we moved out on Sunday evening with the real feeling that these 2 days holidays have been rejuvinating our minds. It must be noticed that, despite tough time, the staff has always be taking care us as usual. Special thanks to Marcel, always smiling and efficient, not to forget Thibault, always calm, calm to keep everything under control. We will be back, for sure !…
This review is long overdue. I stayed at Arthur and Paul around Christmas time and cannot wait to go back! The staff is amazingly friendly and everyone will go out of their way to ensure you have a great stay. My room was huge and had a balcony, the bed was incredibly comfy and I loved how spacious the shower was. The pool is simply gorgeous, one just feels as if in the middle of a jungle although you’re in the heart of Phnom Penh! One suggestion, maybe it could be heated! I only met one the owners, Thibaut and he is a doll, so friendly and welcoming. I loved the food, the breakfast with amazing croissants and pains au chocolat in the morning. I know what I’m talking about, my dad is French! The gay sauna is a wonderful addition to the hotel and I wish I were still there! If you’re a gay man and you’re traveling on your own, you will not be bored at Arthur and Paul! It’s a tad more expensive than the other hotels in the area but it was well worth every cent I paid! I loved the place and can only recommend it! …
A little oasis in the centre of Phnom Penh, if you just want to switch off and relax and eat French food then this is the place. The hotel facilities are spotless and elegant, and the staff are very welcoming, especially Guy the cute barman. Most welcoming.
clean, friendly staff, quiet the breakfast was delicious the room service was prompt the owner is friendly and welcoming however, the stairs is dangerous and the Jacuzzi is too hot other than that, it was overall a nice experience
