The boutique was built by a businessman who was widely respected in the whole family, "Anik" is the name of his wife. With the lady, Anik in mind, the whole property has been created to showcase natural beauty as evident from the landscape featuring intimate gardens. Anik is the only boutique hotel in Cambodia that offer feeling home service. Taken from the inspiration, this is reminiscent of the way a mother like Madam Anik take care of her children and husband.

Very comfortable beds, spacious room, excellent service. Bathroom was spotless, room was cleaned very well each day. Would 100% recommend.
Very friendly staff, more than enough breakfast choices. Loved the fresh fruit each morning :)
I would definitely book here again for a next visit.

I stayed three nights in this charming boutique and have high compliments for the entire staff. My room was spotless and inviting and the breakfast buffet was delicious. The location is perfect, but it is the staff that deserves praise for taking excellent care of me during my visit. Anik is a quiet and beautiful gem in the city.

We were moved to this hotel due to the construction noise at the Anok Boutique Hotel and Spa. The staff were very nice and helpful. Breakfast was good and dinner and drinks are made at the Anok Boutique Hotel and Spa and sent over. The only thing that didn’t work properly was the hot water. You needed to run the water for a long time before or if it got hot. Other then that we had a great experience

For the price, its a cute little place. Ill be back I love the garden views, it overlooks the Sofitel. Reception were helpful and tuk tuk are outside. Its near Aeon mall so I can go shopping. Watch out for the step when you exit the room.

A small gem. Lovely staff made us feel v welcome. The breakfast was good with hot food ordered. Rooms large & v clean. We were upgraded to a front room with a balcony- lovely but did have some road noise. Great quiet Air conditioning. A short walk to the Aeon Mall (turn right out of hotel) which has a good food court for lunch & trying different things. Tuk tuks 3-5 dollars to get around the city. Lovely small pool abonus after a hot day.

We spent some days in March/April 2023 in Anik Hotel . Our experience was very wonderfull for kindness of of staff ,availability of reception and good breakfast and dinner. The room was clean and bright. Hotel is near to main places ti visit and also modern Town.

Everything about the hotel was a wonderful surprise. The room was great and so clean. We arrived late, however the late check-in was no problem. We had a guide to take us from the airport (therefore, I do not know how hard it is to get there from the hotel). The morning buffet was included in our room price and it was good and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
This hotel also has a swimming pool.

The room is big and the toilet is big also. There are some shops around which you can get drinks and snacks. Hotel staff have good service and courteous. WiFi is fast also on ground floor and room. Room mini bar is reasonably priced.

We traveled across Cambodia for 12days and stayed in 6 different hotels. The Anik Boutoque Hotel and staffed was amazing. Their details service to guest needs and excellent atompshere was top rate. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cambodia.

Stayed at the ABH for one night to attend a function at the nearby Sofitel. The location at Rainbow Bridge is south of the "main" part of town, but the journey from the airport is reasonable, and there are tuk tuks available to get to the other parts of town. The Suite Room is at the front of the hotel so provides a street view & small balcony. The main sleeping room has a big bed, small make up desk, & minibar. TV selection is decent, and good elec safe provided. The bathroom has a separate tub and shower recess, and would have been better if more hot water had been available. The only other issue with the room was the frequent smell of smoke from adjoining guestrooms. The breakfast served adjoining the Lobby was a good selection, with an egg station and good pastries & fruit. The building has a nice (small) ground floor swimming (mainly undercover), and a passenger lift. The Lobby foyer is comfortable and provides good wifi. The highlight of the ABH stay was the extra services from the staff: I was granted a very early check-in (11 am) which helped my day greatly, and was chaffeured to my event around the corner in the evening which was very kind. The airport transfer service was efficient & comfortable. The Anik Boutique is a well-priced and comfortable hotel with attentive staff. If the location is suitable, an excellent budget option for Phnom Penh.
