I requested the staff to change the booking dates and contacted them through email/messenger/phone multiples times, and they were unresponsive and I couldn't secure my booking. Communication with them was extremely confusing and missleading, as I couldn't get my booking, they debited the amount on my credit card and refused to refund me.
A very nice hotel:great room, best managemen, great staffs. and this is really good hotel. And the food here is also very good. I will back again soon. The gentlemen and ladies at front desk very kind and helpful.
Waited more than 3 hours for drinking water. No consistency in the service. Bird bowels could be found at window sill in the internal side of the room. Tap water was not clean and brownish. Serving the wrong food despite of me informing the staffs.
To whom it may concern, I just assist my boss to make the room reservation moment ago. I had a very TERRIBLE service experience with your Reservation team, her name is Ms. Menclanc (as what she spell the name to me) Her "tone of voice", and "COURTESY" makes me so "impressed" when i ask her to repeat the things that she told me. Is that so difficult to explain when she required the guest to provide Airport Stamp Arrival during check in? And out of sudden, she told me i couldn't make the room booking? When i ask why, she don't even explain properly and says that I required to reserve more than 2 nights. Even i ask her to provide email address to me, just to send her the guest passport copy, and she reply me " I NEED THE GUEST TO BRING THE PASSPORT, IF NOT YOU CANNOT CHECK IN, OKAY?!" The "OKAY" word, its like, am i begging you to give me a free room? Hello, we as a guest, can't we check everything in detail before making the reservation? Perhaps the management needs to provide more training towards her? or the whole team. and This is the candid VOICE OF CUSTOMER.…

A very good hotel:great room, great managemen, great staff. The gentlemen and ladies at front desk very kind and helpful.A really good hotel. And the food here is also very good. You chould come and try this hotel.
Stayed for a week for a business event. The hotel is very busy as a meeting place. Found our meeting room (Mekong 1 or 2) small for 25 people. Catering was good for breaks and restaurant was excellent at lunches. Accomodations - hard bed, poor connectivity for internet, bath fixtures need attention(repair). Staff was helpful at front desk. Used Grab for transport until departure when used hotel to arrange. 10 minutes they said. 50 minutes later a car showed up. Do not considerable that kind of service from hotel reliable. Walking distance to shopping areas. Horrible traffic through the city(not hotel's fault) makes location a challenge for visits to other parts of Phnom Penh.
It's a good choice to stay at this hotel for business trip, front desk staff are friendly, big swimming pool, room clean and easy to access to most of the nearly tourist attraction. The food in the hotel is nice too.
Stayed here for one night. It is located in the business area and obviously during conference season is very busy and probably buzzing. However, on our recent trip it was quiet and that made the whole visit feel flat! Nice pool, nice bar (however, there are more staff then customers). I cannot remember breakfast! The bed was the hardest i have stayed in for a long long time.
