Unfortunately this guesthouse is not what it used to be. We have stayed there 3 years ago and loved it. Recently we came back to Phnom Penh and had a reservation for the Umma (the guesthouse right in front of the Toul Slang). When we arrived we noticed that the guesthouse was closed, we drove to the Aram where we... More

I really, really wanted to like this place, but we had a really terrible experience. We originally booked at the guesthouse, but were emailed saying we had been upgraded to the Aram at no extra charge. When we showed up at Aram, they didn't have any reservation for us, so we ended up having to pay for a tuk tuk... More

The guesthouse was charming, nothing luxurious but clean and comfortable. The food at the restaurant was really good but expensive. The staff was helpful and kind. It was quite far from the center of the city, so I always had to take a tuk-tuk to get anywhere (except Tuol Sleng, which is just in front of the guesthouse). But personally,... More

If you like to wake up 4:30 embedded from exhaust in your room take it. If not leave it. Staff is nice. Royal Palace is realy close by. Street 240 with some nice shops is good as well. Enjoy Phnom Penh.

The rooms are quite exciting: not your usual hotel fare, they are wooden and have windows that swing out, bringing the breeze inside (mosquito net provided!). It can get very hot in the rooms with just a fan, so most of the time was spent outside on the gorgeous decking. Tuk-tuks are needed to get pretty much anywhere (except Tuol... More

Pluses: Really nice staff helped me with my touristy questions and to find lodging in Siem Reap, Can store your valuables in the safe, Quiet at night because away from downtown, Nice outdoor/semi-indoor working area downstairs, fast reliable internet included, This guesthouse is in a busy city and it is rustic style so of course it will be noisy at... The food here is delicious but most of the menu is unavailable. Rooms are unbearably stuffy, and with poor quality fans that creak all night. Our room backed on to an alleyway with poor security and constant noise all night. Staff are pleasant but unhelpful, mostly absent and had to be reminded repeatedly that we were guests rather than casual... More

Very happy stay in this charming guesthouse with delightful staff and pretty garden, it's also pretty quiet. The room was nicely decorated, very comfortable and clean. I recommend you don't stay in the fan room which is on the ground floor so you can't open the sliding door or the curtains because people in the garden could see. Also the... More

An elegant place to stay in city, i love the lovely room, i stayed in fan room, it was hot during the day time, because i came here during the summer, and the room made of timber. But me and my son really enjoyed our staying in this place. the lounge and the veranda really nice, it s good to... More

Nice little guesthouse. The staff was really helpful and enjoyable. The room we stayed in was simple and basic with only a fan. We wanted to stay at one of the other Boddhi hotels/rooms with air conditioning but they didn't have room so we settled for a more basic room. The value is outstanding, but the location is a little... More
