My husband and I stayed here for one night before flying out of Phnom Penh and were very impressed. Our room was large, clean and comfortable. Extremely good value, would stay here again when needing something close to the airport.

This place is affordable to stay but deposit is required on-line or in advance. Breakfast is limited and not nutritious but tolerable. There are aircraft-spotting opportunities in the rooms at the front. The hotel said it is possible to see aircraft at the top level. Does it mean its rooftop balcony is now opened for aircraft-spotters? The hotel has simple medical aid for medical tourists. it has complimentary one-way shuttle van or tuk tuk transfer to the airport. Although it officially states request for transfer must be conveyed to the concierge one to two hours before departure, 30 minutes before departure from the hotel is allowed if there is no transfer request from other guests.

Very noisy hotel, the traffic never stops. If you stay ask for a room at the back. Stayed NYE, restaurant shut for a staff party. Following morning, cold fried eggs and bitter strong coffee made with condensed milk. Better to find a hotel a bit further away as this is not worth the money.

The shower and toilet are together so you walk through water when ever you enter the bathroom. They do have small flatscreen TVs but unfortunately they don't have any TV channels LOL just a blank screen. The room looks like it has not been painted in a few decades and I bet that is when the linens with holes in them were last updated.

Booked a Superior Single for 2 people at 21 USD at last minute with trip.com. If you book early, price is a lot lower than that. The small room is dark even with all lights on, has a glass window opened to a corridor in front of other rooms. Bathroom is small and basic with toiletries. It has drainage smell so had to turn on the noisy ventilator all night. Good air-con. Bed cover is old. Room has a water boiler and 2 free water bottles. I didn't buy breakfast and didn't eat in their restaurant. Thanks for sending us for free to the airport. If you need that service, inform them when you check in. They carried our luggage through the restaurant to the new car which was parked at the back of the hotel. Took only 5 minutes. The driver was happy receiving the tip. When I checked in, the girl was friendly. Didn't have any problem during my stay. There's a street on the left of hotel where many Chinese restaurants can be seen. They speak Mandarin and price is quoted in USD. Noodle 2.5 USD. We ate breakfast before 6am at an outdoor Cambodian restaurant which might be most popular there, has menu in English, staff in uniform. Rice with grilled pork & fried eggs cost only 5,000 Riel and tasted very good. I posted 2 photos with this review. On that street we saw 3 other hotels too. We walked on the main street and nearly reached the airport at night. Saw shops and air-con restaurants on the way including a Japanese restaurant. Several street vendors too. No worry about foods if you stay here. We arrived by Bus Line 3 just 1,500 Riel per ticket. We went down at the 3rd stop from airport bus stop (don't get off at airport stop, quite far to walk to hotel). If you want to visit a local market called Chom Chao not far from hotel, take Bus Line 3. Download Stops Near Me App on your phone so you know where the bus is going to. It works offline too.

this is another one of the places where they post fake pictures of the rooms, I booked it specifically because I wanted a room with a bathtub, got there no bathtub. I went downstairs to talk to the airhead at reception but she first said it was not the room I paid for, I showed her the room and features of my room she said "oh none of the rooms in the hotel have a bathtub" and admitted that they lie about it. The room was so tiny and bathroom had pee stains on toilet seat. I wanted to order room service they said the restaurant was closed. Then in the middle of the night they started karaoke, it sounded close enough that one would assume its somewhere in the hotel. I had an early flight in the morning and that did not allow me to get any rest. Please do not support establishments that lie to get customers, it is really close to the hotel but if you can stay elsewhere, it really isn't difficult to get from downtown Phnom penh to the airport.

Genuinely the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. When we arrived there was a prevalent feeling of being unwelcome. Outside sat men sitting on bikes staring at you as you entered the hotel. Reception and the luggage boy were so unfriendly. Nothing was explained to us at reception nor when we finally got to our room. Luggage boy took three attempts to find our room. We were 210. Even I read the sign and knew but didn’t want to be impolite. Again, nothing was explained eg. dinner, breakfast times. He proceeded to lay a towel on the floor outside the bathroom along with flip flops and turned the tv on really loud, then left. We stood there during this in complete silence as we watched. Entered the bathroom to realise the flip flops were there as there were leakages on the floor. Toilet seat was wet. Walls were stained, the whole room smelt of smoke. Not so much fresh or stale, just this constant lingering smell, including the bed covers. When it came to bedtime the noise was ridiculous.. name any noise, you could hear it! People screaming, babies crying, whistling outside, cars hooting. Then the morning came. 7.30 there was this ridiculously strong smell which one can only describe as burnt rubber?? No clue what or why, no one acknowledged this? We strolled to breakfast assuming this was included, unbeknown it was not. Honestly I’d rather have gone without. We thought it be wise to eat as we had a five hour car ride to our next location. So we got given menus of I don’t know what. The only familiar choices were eggs benedict and omelette. It arrived, I didn’t get my hopes up but come on, the toast was soft and cold and the eggs were freezing! The complimentary tea was I don’t know what, tasted revolting. Then we strolled out whilst all the staff crowded round chatting and laughing and generally being unprofessional surrounding the entrance. Another walked round killing bugs with a fly squatter WHILST WE TRIED TO EAT! We were told we had to pay? So this led to a big confusion. We had to pay six dollars but no one explained this was immediate so we went to sign the bill where the male and female staff member raised their voice saying “no no” so we figured out it had to be immediate. We had to walk to reception to pay. Again, very unwelcoming staff. This was a female staff member (the one that checked us in was male). She wouldn’t even give us eye contact and didn’t say thank you. Just paid without speaking and remained dismissive. When exiting the room there was a room attendant standing outside who didn’t acknowledge us and stared straight through us. As we wheeled our luggage through gathering everything, again no hello or thank you just a continued stare standing there. Check out was just awkward. Handed back the room key to be told “they are checking the room” ...as if any more damage could be done. So we just stood there like lemons waiting to then be told “it’s fine”. The receptionist asked for transfer to airport but we explained we weren’t going there which took a couple attempts for her to understand. I wouldn’t recommended putting any trust in the staff to book anything for you. Genuinely one of the worst, IF NOT, THE WORST HOTEL I’ve ever stayed. Yes it’s a budget hotel which is fair enough but minus the general state and condition of the hotel (apart from the lobby which is deceiving upon arrival) the staff and general customer service skills and demeanor was appalling and shameful as well. Please don’t waste your money. In fact, on our next return, (after our next location) we had booked this hotel again just for the night, and it was that bad we cancelled it no more than an hour upon our arrival. You have been warned.

This is the worst experience ever I had in all of my trips. The receptionist was very bad attitude, we feedback about the room was smelly and dirty but he said: " The room that you booked is the cheapest rate, is like this." The room was dark, smelled bad(cigarette), dirty which I felt like paying USD$30 for staying in a jail. The wifi was not available and created a lot of inconvenience to us. Morning time, we heard people screaming and yelling and the customer just smoked at the walk hall and the smoke went inside to our room..is really terrible! Lobby you will see some customers lying on the sofa with barefoot. The only good about this hotel is it near to Phnom Penh airport which I do not appreciate at all due to all these.

Booked through Agoda. Really cheap ($15-$16) for the night for 2 people. Right near the airport. Free hotel shuttle to the airport. Lovely accommodating staff, they met us outside with an umbrella as we fumbled out of our tuk tuk after being on a local bus for 6 hours which was nice, they helped carry our luggage, they hold doors open for us. Everyone had a smile to offer. We ate here, although the dining experience itself is not what we are used to, the food was really great. The room was spacious and bright even though we didn't have a window. Really cool, finally an air con that does its job to the fullest! Warm water for showers. Everything was really clean. Lovely lighting in the rooms (rm 206 if you're curious). All in all I was apprehensive before arriving but pleasantly surprised and had a nice stay here before my flight. Highly recommended.👍

The only perks of this hotel is location being that its nearby the airport. The lobby is nice. The rooms are decent size but the beds are hard. The room is dark, our window view was covered half way and the other half was looking into a garage. The lights dim on there own from bright to really dark constantly. Kinda creepy. The ACdoesn't function properly, only gets cool around 10pm. They offered a fan which we took bc we were sweating just laying in the room. For $50/per night, i expected way more. My suggestion is to stay closer into the main city, better quality hotels for your $
