We stayed here for 3 nights last year whilst travelling around Cambodia and we just loved this little hotel, friendly staff, fantastic room, great coffee and breakfast, I asked for soft boiled eggs and they got them just right, nothing was too much trouble. and located in a central location of Phnom Penh's, although you would never know as there is a lot of flora around the hotel. I would highly recommend.

We stayed at the Tea House for 3 nights back in July 2019 and would recommend to everyone looking for a relaxing stay in Phnom Penh. The boutique hotel is quiet and peaceful but right in the heart of the city, which makes it ideal to explore. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the pool is great after a day's walking/exploring and the food is fantastic. The best thing about this hotel is the staff, who are friendly, welcoming and always willing to help.

We really enjoyed our stay here, it was a small relaxing haven in the middle of busy Phnom Penh. We really enjoyed lounging by the pool most days and it was great to be able to have bar service there. We also tried some teas at their daily tea ceremony which we thought was great. The room itself was quiet, clean and had good facilities such as aircon, kettle, fridge and safe. The staff were absolutely excellent, special shout out goes to Raksmey, Ching Ju and Say in the bar/restaurant who were always super kind, attentive and helpful. It would have been useful to have some portable fans in the seating area next to reception as we would have liked to have sat here much more but found it way too hot to do so (we didn't find the ceiling fans strong enough).

Older small hotel that seems like it was recently renovated. Good location at walking distance from Golden Sorya Mall (15 minutes) and very good buffet breakfast with both local and western style cooking, fresh fruit, eggs, etc. Nice pool and very stylish entrance to the hotel with flower pools and lots of lounging space. They have free tea bags and instant coffee in the rooms. Bed is quite comfortable and a safety box that fits a 15" laptop is provided in the room. Disliked · First deluxe room I got had very little closet space, even for a single male traveler, with mold in the toilet shower. I changed to another deluxe room, almost twice the size with double the closet space and toilet size. No mold there. The furniture is rather old but kept in good condition and functional. The windows in both rooms were wooden and did not seal out traffic noise effectively. If that bothers you bring earplugs. The larger room had a private balcony facing the wall of the adjacent building just a couple of metres away, pretty depressing and makes the balcony an open closet. Aircon not so powerful and since you have to give back the room key every time you step out and the power is cut off the aircon, it takes some time to cool the room again. I eventually removed from room keys the plastic bit that is inserted in the power slot and kept it in the slot all the time.

We stayed here 2 nights. The room and bathroom especially were small but clean. The towels had seen better days. The pool area was lovely. Food in the restaurant was great and breakfast was very good. We asked front desk staff about a ride share app. They said there wasn’t one. But there is. PassApp. Our stay was enjoyable.

Dear diversun2017, Thank you very much for giving us this lovely review, which I considered as a very important power to develop our quality. I'm thrilled to see you enjoyed most of the services and product provided by us during your stay. It is another lesson for them to learn about your question of ride share app and for this I apologize for the inconvenience. We hope that there will be another chance for us again to welcome you at the TeaHouse hopefully not too long distance future. Best regards, Bunma Hotel Manager
