Detailed Reviews
We stayed here 4 years ago and had an amazing experience, so it was our first choice when returning. We were a little disappointed on arrival, that although booking almost a year in advance, that we were given a triple room rather than a quad that we had booked. However, we were moved after 2 nights to a quad room for the rest of our holiday. The room was clean, spacious and well equipped. Lovely hot, powerful shower. The hotel is extremely quiet, that we didn't hear any other guests or external noise. Comfy bed, slept well. The staff and extremely helpful and friendly. The pool area is shaded and peaceful, if you want to cool down after a day of sightseeing. We had complimentary breakfast, which is fantastic, as we booked directly with them. So would definitely recommend that you contact the hotel direct. Fantastic location. Would stay again if back in Cambodia.

Skyline is a very pleasant small hotel. Excellent rooms and bathrooms. Nice breakfast in the café (included in the price). The staff is very friendly and helpful.
The hotel is located in a quiet street in a bustling city. The swimming pool in an oasis of trees and plants.

A very pleasant boutique hotel, clean and well maintained.
I had room 301, a large room on ground floor with a kitchen and a small terrace. Large very convenient room. Not a lot of privacy as it faces the pool and the restaurant area but the hotel is so quiet with a limited number of guests, that I wasn't bothered at all.
The garden is pleasant to have your breakfast or snack, and the swimming pool with the kids pool is lovely. Restaurant has great expresso coffee :)

We come to PP every year and have stayed here previously. It is still one of the best value for money stays in this city. The service/facilities are excellent and they have a pool and toddler pool. The staff are welcoming and friendly and go out of their way to help you. Clean comfortable, good sized rooms and substantial breakfasts of which there are about 12 to choose from. It is only a short Tuk Tuk ride to the tourist area and we especially like the very quiet location. There are good restaurants a short walk in any direction

Great bike friendly destination in PNH city. Great neighbourhood with large selection of restaurants, a good bike shop, walking distance to the Monument, King's Palace, riverside and Aeon Plaza for heaps of convenient shopping.
Room was large and clean, bathroom great, breakfast interesting and tasty, pool a dream, staff super friendly and very accommodating and all situated in a pleasant and relatively safe neighbourhood. Endless supply of tut-tuks waiting along the street to take you anywhere,

I left my iPhone in the car that drove us down from Siem Reap. The gentleman on the desk contacted the driver and got him to return to the hotel!! I was very happy.
The rooms were effectively a suite and were well kept and in good working order. The breakfasts were good.
The location was quite good and we very much enjoyed our stay here.

The hotel is located at the centre of Phnom Penh that make us easy to go to the tourist places. It took like 5mns to the beautiful national park and the independent monument statue. I was worried about transportation but the staff are so friendly and helpful to find us the transportation at reasonable price. Appreciate that!

I have stayed here many times and his hotel has a lot going for it - it is a good location, the breakfast is good – the coffee is better than all hotels and even most coffee shops (not Feel Good II across the road but way better than any of the chains including Joma). Nice swimming pool. Outstanding A/C. But, on one occasion when we booked our room had been given to someone else and we were put in an inferior room - then observed this happening to others also. There are not many in this price range left in this location. Make the most of it while it’s there – stand your ground and don’t be pushed around on the room type and you'll have a great stay.

Unfortunately this is not a question for me. I was a guest who arrived from within the country [Chau Doc]. A direct contact with the hotel should give you the answer.
In the family room there was a Queen bed and two Singles.
As for self service laundry, I'm not sure. I can tell you that the hotel does offer laundry service with about a 24 hour turn around which was reasonably priced. I had them do some laundry for me. As for the pool, I can only estimate. From what I recall, it was about the size of your average home/backyard pool, so perhaps 30 or 40 feet. It was quite nice, that much I can say. Don't recall if there was a gym, since I didn't look.
