We stayed here 4 years ago and had an amazing experience, so it was our first choice when returning. We were a little disappointed on arrival, that although booking almost a year in advance, that we were given a triple room rather than a quad that we had booked. However, we were moved after 2 nights to a quad room for the rest of our holiday. The room was clean, spacious and well equipped. Lovely hot, powerful shower. The hotel is extremely quiet, that we didn't hear any other guests or external noise. Comfy bed, slept well. The staff and extremely helpful and friendly. The pool area is shaded and peaceful, if you want to cool down after a day of sightseeing. We had complimentary breakfast, which is fantastic, as we booked directly with them. So would definitely recommend that you contact the hotel direct. Fantastic location. Would stay again if back in Cambodia.

The hotel is good quality. Truly a boutique hotel. Location ia terrific with loads of good food around and all attractions not more than 10 minutes away. There is a truly awesome indian restaurant just 5 min walking. This should make indian families choose this hotel over others. Good amenities combined with residences next door. Only issue was breakfst. Its a not a buffet. Limited set with limited options. If u r vegetarian then its a goner. The limited bfst option is not clearly spelt out. Apart from that its very good value for money. Agoda makes a mistake of including 2 adult and 2 children in a family room, but when u checkin then hotel me tio s thay bfst is only for 3 pax and limited.

We have stayed at this hotel twice and been v happy both times. The rooms are huge and well-maintained, there's good WiFi, there's a decent pool for a lazy afternoon and we really like this location. At both exits from the hotel are really nice cafes to get your morning coffee. The breakfast is a variety of choices of set menus and the choice is v large and we found it to be excellent and plentiful. Yes, its not a buffet but it's made to order and really good. The staff are friendly and not overbearing. If you come out of the apartment side of the hotel there's a good restaurant right in front of you and if you come out of the main entrance and turn left (and cross the main road) there's some really good bars and restaurants. i would definitely recommend this place as its great value for money.

This is a great little hotel with big rooms and ensuites. There are family rooms for up to 5 as well. It is 29th St, just off Sihanouk Boulevard. Despite the proximity. To central city activity, it is very quiet and secluded. It has a nice pool and surrounds, adjacent to the restaurant. There is an outdoor eating area as well as an air-conditioned inside dining area. Menu for breakfast, lunch and dinner s quite good but simple with a local flavour bite with western food available also. Beer is cheap and wine is reasonably priced but only a choice of red or white - usually Chilean or Australian. Staff are excellent and very helpful and will arrange transport - usually tuk-tuks. Central markets are about 10 minutes away, depending on traffic - 2-3 US dollar trip. There are nearby parks and the river area is a short tuk-tuk drive away. You can also book the Skyline apartments next door. These are self catering, but you can use the hotels facilities.

Good location, safe and easy access to restaurants, the river, etc. The staff was extremely efficient and helpful. My husband was not well for at least 2 of our 4 days here and the staff were very helpful during this time. Their help was much appreciated.

Although I was not in Phnom Penh with my family, once booked into the Skyline Boutique - with its family rooms (including kitchen) - I realized it is a great place to bring family and children. The rooms are spacious, and the rooms are adequately appointed. Shower and tub, hot water, air conditioning, sufficient electrical outlets, and WiFi. Centrally located and near plenty of restaurants and coffee shops.

I was relocated here as the same-owner operated Villa Sovanna across the street was overbooked. LOCATION: in the heart of the diplomatic district, just off the Independence Monument roundabout. Wat Botum Park is nearby and the historic centre is at walking distance if you don't fancy a tuktuk drive. PREMISES: Early 80s style of building and furniture, a bit tired overall. Has a nice courtyard and a sizeable pool. Good security. SERVICE: staff is friendly and helpful. BREAKFAST: You have to make a choice from a series of pre-set types of breakfast. Not particularly fresh and mostly from cans or jars, also limited quantity. Overall rather poor. ROOM: very spacious and relatively clean, but with limited number of electrical plugs (some of them not even working); no street noise; the bathroom was spacious. WiFi: very unreliable, slow and most of the time not working at all. OVERALL: not too bad but there is better value for money in this area

We stayed in room 209 for 2 nights and really liked this hotel. Near to many sites and short walk to the river. Plenty of bars and restaurants nearby and mañy shops. Our room was bright and spacious and well equipped with a decent Wi-Fi signal. The pool area is pleasant and a little oasis from the city streets. Breakfast is chosen from a menu and was fine. The staff are wonderful, we had a small problem during our stay and they were very kind and helpful. Nice place and good value run by caring people.

I booked the 2nd floor double room. Which on hindsight was a good choice as I think you are quite likely to get mosquitoes on the ground floor units since I could barely sit near the patios of those units by the pool without getting attacked by mozzies. Room is very clean. Floor was clean enough by my high standards to walk bare foot (something I rarely do in hotels). Bathroom is clean and modern enough. Service by everyone was very friendly and good. The breakfast is choice from a couple of menu sets and it was more than adequate in meeting our needs and quality was decent/good. The in ground pool was great for my 4yr old to play in and clean. The main pool had leaves and flowers falling into it but it seems to be cleaned daily. I enjoyed our days there and would stay here again.
