Well, let's start with the bad side: 1. Dark and dull interior. Well you can sleep in there of course, but the room quality was at the lower ranks during my entire trip experience. 2. No elevator, and the stairs were like weirdly designed. Normally, stairs should be at the center of the building of ease of transferring; but for...

This is a good cheap hotel, but with stairs that are a bit of a nightmare. The staff are sleepy but they manage to get things done, and there is generally a nice feel about the place. I enjoyed my stay of 4 nights. It is 100 metres from the Tonle Sap River and the terrific view from the top...

Negatives: * No elevator (beware if you have heavy luggage), steep stairs * Dirty linens, yellow marks on the bedsheets (we need to moved in another room upstairs) * Telephone is not working * Other rooms doesn't have water kettle, if you have one, its cover is broken so be extra careful it will fall when you fill your cup...

The hotel close to many interesting spots in the city, including the water front. A convenience store and a pharmacy are nearby. Staff were very helpful. The included breakfast was neat. The room was very dark, had cobwebs in the corners. Awkwardly placed power sockets. The room came with free coffee and tea, but no way to heat water. The...

I spent 4 nights here as a solo traveler. I felt safe and comfortable. The water was hot, the bed was comfortable and the Wi-Fi was strong. Breakfast was included and was pretty good. I walked almost everywhere, however, there wee plenty of tuk-tuks outside to take you anywhere for a very reasonable price.

While the location isn't bad, the cleanliness and smell is. The room was not clean, nor the bathroom, as I discovered black hair all around (mine is blonde..) There was only one towel for two people. The noise from the street is rather loud as well. Its not bad for a quick stop but the rooms are overpriced for the...

The hotel is in a good central location overlooking the royal palace complex. There are plenty of restaurants in the neighborhood, but at night, the area dies down completely. However, at least two separate nightlife areas are within walking distance. I didn't quite expect the room to be quite so tiny, but I didn't need much more than a bed...

I managed 3 hours here and then left. It's an open 'hotel' with no lifts and the lights were broken so I had to work to room down long corridors in the dark. Room smelt of sewage so I asked to move then the next room was really dark, old and smelly. There were mosquitoes in room, it was really...

This hotel is cheap, well-located, and the breakfast is decent, but otherwise it is incredibly dirty and not worth it. Mold on the walls, slime in the bathroom (don't think it's ever been cleaned), and hair in the sheets. When our AC wasn't working in the first room they didn't want to move us, but we insisted. Mediocre all around.
