There are duplicate listings for this hotel on TripAdvisor. Bolina Palace Hotel and Bolyna Palace Hotel are the same place. It's a no frills hotel that is near the Sorya mall and the Pontoon Club. I booked the Deluxe Double Room, and they first showed me a room with no windows. I indicated to them the photo of the room... More

My friends and I stayed for 1 night. The hotel is normal, not "clean" much but the room is big. We can stay with 4 persons and really felt comfortable. Staffs are friendly, helped us a lot. We could put our luggage there and came back to pick up later. Everything's ok. P/S: Just need to replace pillows because they... More

We arrived early in the morning, with no booking, and the only thing free was a 35 dollar 3-bed room. After much discussion back and forth, the hotel let us check into the available room, and then change the room some hours later to a 2-bed room (25 dollar). The room had A/C, a fan, a non-working fridge and a... More

Roomout.s are well painted and clean, serviced daily. The only drawback was the infestation of small cockroaches. Found spray and used, but had limited effect. There seemed to be one or two around all the time. Restaurant food acceptable but nothing to get excited about. The rooms are rated with window or not, $US5 extra for a window, we opted... More

Room has same stains on wall and occasionally bugs on the floor. The room we had the ac has scotch tape but it still works. The lights in the room feels dim. There is no smell upon entering the room which is good. We got room with a window so it is five dollars more $25 a night.

The room we had at Bolyna Palace was a very good size, with more than enough room for two of us. We didn't have a window unfortunately which made the room very dark during the day, if possible I would ask for one of the rooms on the outside of the building. The walls are very thin, we were 4... I stayed here on a recent visit, and found it very good value for money. The room price seemed to be negotiable, but still reasonably priced. Air con room, nice and clean and with a big comfortable bed. There was no window in the room. Breakfast was good, served well. Recommend a stay if your are in Phomn Penh. Good... More

I arrived late at night. The desk clerk overcharged me 25% for my room. When I discovered this the next day I brought it to the attention of the manage. The manager didn't seem to think that was a problem at all. He understood that I paid extra money for the room....he just didn't want to return the money. I... More

A horrible experience, dirty rooms, black mold, noisy noisy room right on the busy street and the air conditioners in both me and my parents room did not work. At first glance to looks good, but really not. Its a good place if you want to be offered a bj for $10 in the morning...

I had walked past this hotel several time but nearly always disregarded it after walking in one day when there was a huge party in the reception/restaurant area and no one was there to greet me. Nevertheless, after yet another unpleasant at the revolting nana/circuit next door, I was greeted by very friendly reception staff. I visited a few rooms... More
