We have been travelling for over 40 years and this is one the best hotels we have ever stayed in.
We were in Phnom Penh for a family wedding and had the pleasure of staying in one of the 2 level suites. 4 big bedrooms, huge living areas, kitchen, dining room and all the modern conveniences including a laundry in the suite. There is also a no charge / self serve laundry in the hotel basement and as any traveller knows, a local laundry and at no cost, is priceless.
Each of the suites also has a private swim spa on the balcony and the roof top pool was a great place to relax and unwind after a day of touring.
Staff were fantastic, always ready to help. The hotel is a short Tuk Tuk or taxi ride from the main downtown area. A great place to stay !!!

Place was better than the pictures. Very spacious with a view of the city as we were on the 12th Floor. The room was meticulously cleaned as the cleaner was "obsessive with cleanliness." There was a day wherein the room was cleaned twice to our laughter and amazement. The pool on the 24th floor was awesome. Service was impeccable. Breakfast was delicious. Made our stay in Phnom Penh worthwhile.

We had a great time at Luxcity. Staffs are accommodating and customer service is excellent. I would like to commend the people who assisted us with our booking, Ms Reasmey Hong, during check in, Ms Phann Vatey. Someone also from the fnb gave us welcome drinks and also the FO who took the guest request at night and the housekeeping who delivered it. Unfortunately, I forgot to get their names.

I had the opportunity to spend four delightful days at Luxcity Hotel & Apartment, and it was an experience I'm eager to share. The great breakfast offered each morning was a culinary journey, with a variety of delicious options that catered to all tastes.
The staff at Luxcity were the epitome of hospitality. Their friendliness and eagerness to assist made my stay not just comfortable, but truly enjoyable. It's rare to find a team so dedicated to guest satisfaction.
One of the conveniences that stood out was the complimentary laundromat. It's such a thoughtful amenity that made my stay hassle-free, allowing me to have fresh clothes every day without any extra cost.
Safety is always a priority for me, and Luxcity provided a very safe environment. I felt secure throughout my stay, thanks to their attentive security measures and staff vigilance.
Lastly, the room with the huge balcony was a highlight. It was not just spacious and well-furnished, but also offered a serene spot to relax and take in the views.

Booked through online platform a month before my trip and it offered discount from S$50 - 80/night for a twin bed or queen/king bed without breakfast as compared to the hotel website. Room was clean & very spacious. It had rain-shower, mini bar and fridge, kettle and hairdryer.

We stayed here for one night before leaving for Siem Reap so we prioritized a hotel near the airport. The rooms were really clean, spacious, modern, with a comfortable bed, air conditioning, large sitting area and nice rainfall showers. We also had a balcony w a good view. The rooftop pool was nice, though we didn’t have time to use it. Breakfast options were delicious. Two things that I wasn’t used to (as an American tourist): the hotel asked for a 50 dollar (USD cash) deposit upon check in which they refunded upon our departure. When we checked out, they did a quick scan/check of our room before we could check out. Overall highly recommend.

We have stayed in this couple of times. Such a beautiful property with friendly hospitality. It is nice to experience proper hotel service after Covid-19 crisis. Stunning view of 24 floor swimming pool is remarkable and you can enjoy food and beverages with perfect selections and reasonably priced. I highly recommend this property and love to visit again and again.

We were there for 3 nights. They upgraded our room for no extra charge. The front desk staff were proficient in speaking good English. The restaurant staff were very helpful in helping us selecting the menu. The city view from the rooftop swimming pool was excellent and less crowded unlike Singapore marina bay sands. The location of the hotel is so convenient that almost every place is just a $1 or $2 away by tuktuk.

The Luxcity is situated close to the area in Phnom Penh where most bus companies operate so it is a perfect base for an early morning transfer to another part of the country such as Battambang or Siem Reap. The hotel is very modern and has a superb pool and gym on the top floor with lovely city views. The rooms are also nicely designed and many have city view balconies. Unfortunately the on-site restaurant is a bit on the pricey side by Cambodian standards.

Everything was perfect ! We ordered a car to pick us up at the airport after a very long flight. Arriving in the hotel gives instantly an impression of calm and freshness. Staff is very nice and very efficient . The executive residence is very large and spotlessly clean. We also had a normal double room that was perfect . Decoration is very elegant, all white and grey. Dinner downstairs was great and the breakfast too! And cherry on the cake the pool on the rooftop is really large and offers a stunning view on the city !

I'm not sure what you mean by "girl friendly" but if you're referring to equality and safety, yes, we found the hotel very safe, accommodating and respectful.
