Went to the roof top bar for happy hour and it was such a great experience! Sipping amazing and cheap drinks (2.5 for a Mojito) while watching the Phnom Penh dusk Turn into night. Cozy area and very friendly staff!

Our ride was arranged, but I don't think they do. As the previous reviewer said, it's fairly inexpensive. Hope you enjoy the stay.
