Situated on the river walk it's a great location at wonderful price. The staff were very friendly, rooms quite clean and the food was good. They have a nice rooftop where you can sit and have a drink over looking the river.

We had dinner at the Sinh Foo/Tonle Khmer restaurant after watching a performance of traditional dances at the National Museum. The food was excellent, the service was pretty good, and the prices are reasonable. It's worth going back to, to try the other items in the menu.

Sinh foo/tonle Khmer. After an initial mix up with our reservation through booking.com, the manager gave us the room on the top floor, which had a triple bedroom, a lounge and a balcony with a great view. Breakfast was included and it was fantastic. The restaurant rightly has a fantastic reputation as the food was top class.

Shin Foo has recently changed their name to Tonle Khmer, but I just want to say that the food here is AMAZING. I'm a Cambodian-American just visiting the country and I want to say that the food served here is probably the best Khmer food that I had in my life (sorry mom). I would definitely recommend their chicken amok... More

Not a lot to say other than the restaurant serves stunningly great value food and wine at give away prices. Cedar creek was 15 usd which would have cost me 60 usd in Pattaya. staff are great. Its a pity the people who left comments on the walls of the restaurant did not use tripadvisor or this would be in... More

Stayed in this place for almost one year, room always clean & comfy. The restaurant also serves the best fish amok in Phnom Penh. Their pizza is also very nice. Eating on the top floor, you'll also get a very nice view of the riverside

Great location on the riverside. Rooms with balcony have large windows & nice view on the river. Beds were ok, the bathroom was clean. The only inconvenient of this room was the proximity to the riverside street, so it was a bit noisy during the night. The staff were nice and helpful. The food on the rooftop restaurant was ok,... We only had a couple if beers here but will definitely go back for food as we saw some delicious- looking food come out. We would recommend climbing all the stairs to get to the roof top bar and escape the busy river front! The service and atmosphere was great! The beers came with free peanuts too which was a... More

This was our first hotel in Cambodia, we were amazed about the great attention they had here, the location is very good, close to the river and to the royal palace, and close to the bars street, but far enough from there to let you sleep (around 5 streets). The condition of the room was not the best, you could... More

After seven long hours travelling from Siem Reap we settled in the Sinh Foo Guesthouse. It was convenient, along the riverside, and one of the first our tuk tuk came to. My wife sussed the guesthouse out and came back to me, waiting, in the tuk tuk, suggesting I look for myself. I lugged the luggage onto the pavement and... More
