Nice clean rooms which are a good size. I stayed in a twin room with a friend. There was everything you need apart from an iron, which isn't essential. The staff are friendly and helpful and there are of course, tuk tuks outside and a really nice restaurant opposite. I booked a spa treatment as I was led to believe...

This hotel wasn't our choice as we were on a group travel, but I found it very good. Location is OK, in a quiet area, some 20 min walk or 5 min by tuktuk which are right outside the hotel, to all major attractions. Lobby is nice and staff very friendly, check in for a big group very fast. Room...

Stayed here for two different nights on an Intrepid trip. The rooms are basic but OK. Air con worked better in the room we had for our return night. Reception staff were efficient and friendly. Breakfast buffet is good, lots of variety and eggs cooked freshly to your liking. Only gripe is the stained towel - might have been make...

Had a large amount of USD taken from our room. Nothing was done about this even though our tour guide was talking on behalf of us due to the language barrier. I sent an email to the hotel as well and have had no response. If you want a trustworthy stay this is not the place for you. There are...

the rooms here were generally of the best quality of all the normally priced hotels I stayed in- crisp linen, good TV, air conditioner etc, not too small... good location, adequate buffet breakfast, friendly staff... but the water in the shower was always cold. A friend on a different floor said they had some hot water but it ran out....

This hotel is a typical travel agency's used hotel. It is located in the center of the city near the main market. Has good wifi and breakfeast. Rooms are another story, size is alright but old fashioned, bathroom need refreshment and had bad smell. They are building some new premise next door and very early in the morning the buidling...

Poor service. Aggressive receptionist who wouldn't give us a second room key. Also would not allow me to talk to manager. Room dated, bedside light doesn't work. Safe also doesn't work. Not at all impressed.

I stayed here by myself and couldn't really find any fault for a 3 star hotel. The staff were always very pleasant, as was the buffet breakfast which was actually very extensive. The location was also fairly good with the markets around the corner and cracking restaurant just up the road. There is a lot of construction on the street,...

Midway between the Central market and the Royal Palace, the hotel is well situated. As with most lodges in Cambodia, the staff were very cordial and helpful. A substantial breakfast with good variety starts your day off in a positive way and a gaggle of tuk tuks are parked in front to bounce you in any direction you choose. The...
