You will love this charming hotel. Owners and hosts Stephane and Nicole make you feel so welcome and go out of their way to make sure you are loving it. The pool and cabanas are even better than the photos! We often spent afternoons after touring, just relaxing poolside. Interesting clientele as usual in a boutique hotel! For real travellers...

We stayed at the 252 for 4 nights and it was just fantastic! The staff is wonderful and helps out with all you need. As I have back problems, they added a soft mattress right away. We didn't have any idea on what to visit and where to eat, and they recommended city tours and nice restaurants. By the way,...

Pool had lots floating in it, looked liked it hadn't been cleaned in a while. Pool tiles were falling apart, grout had dissolved over time and some sharp edges. Burger served poolside was raw and spoilt, sent it back. Second burger arrived overcooked, beef still spoilt and smelly- not much customer service when we complained. No quilt on the beds....

Friendly welcoming and great staff.Pool was a luxury with a relaxing atmosphere.Slight negative side was no view at rear of property and the second time we stayed we were on the top floor which was bit of a hike but the good points far outweighed these.thank you 252

Nice little gem in the heart of the city. I booked online and got a great deal! The pool is open 24hrs and the hotel has a very laid back/social atmosphere. I recommend a pool facing room on a high floor.

I stayed for two weeks on a business trip at The 252 and loved it so much I came back for my next business trip. Walking into the peaceful courtyard with the glistening swimming pool and the excellent restaurant immediately brought relaxation. The staff were friendly and so helpful, nothing was too small or too big for them to handle,...

I stayed for one night on a solo trip to Phnom Penh. The 252 was like a little haven from the bustling streets outside. My room was lovely- tasteful, cool and comfy. Gorgeous pool, wonderful restaurant with delish cocktails. Overall, it was the staff who made this visit. I felt so at home- all the girls were just gorgeous. Thank...

Tucked away in a non assuming street, behind closed doors lies a truly great place to stay in! The staff, mostly women, are very efficient and helpful. Few rooms but very well taken care. Good food and bar. We were very happy with this find.

They do have a nice pool and great courtyard. The complimentary breakfast was good. Overall I kind of agree it is over priced for what you get. The rooms we stayed in were not modern or resort like. The bathroom was not updated and the shower area water runs off right in front of the toilet. The rooms do have...

Dear Jennyfer, Thank you for your comments. We are always happy to receive feedback from our guests in order to improve our services. Our hotel was opened 6 years ago and with rooms rates at an average of US$60 we are certainly not a 5 star hotel (such as the hotel you stayed in the next night which offers room...
