The rooms are nice and the house is very charming. Alibi has a charming garden where breakfast is served. Coffee and tea is excellent and the breakfast is good. The guesthouse is located close to the Royal Palace, Silver Pagoda and Mekong River. There are many nice places to eat near by. Our favorite restaurant was Sher-E-Punjab-II,(Indian Nepalese and Khmer food)... More

This small guesthouse is an oasis amidst the noise and bustle of Phnom Penh. The manager/owner(?) Christian keeps a keen eye on everything and standards are well maintained. I had no issues with the staff - all were friendly and helpful - and I had Room 8 mentioned in a recent review. It is perfectly fine - my bags were... More

Booked a room at 4th floor through Agoda 2 months ahead because we saw lots of excellent reviews. However they changed our booking to attic of 1st floor when we checked in. They refunded us then. But the room we stayed (No.11/12. Cannot remember the number clearly) was super noisy. Kids outside did not yell/play until 1am for the night... More

We stayed at this old French colonial residence on two occasions during our stay in Cambodia, both for a night in transit to other places. It's right in the heart of the city close to the Royal Palace off Freedom Park down a short lane. As others have said, it's an oasis of calm amid the city chaos. Lovely green... More

We booked this guest house based on the previous great reviews on trip advisor but I am sorry to say that our experience was so different to the ones we had previously read. From the minute we arrived after a 7 hour bus journey from Siem Reap we were met with a frosty reception from the female receptionist, she has... More

The first time I stayed in room 7 and I found it a little dreary. It was a room connected to this weird room that used to be a kitchen or something. Anyway, this other room had the only window, but the a/c couldn't hear both rooms so the actual bedroom was dark once I closed the curtains and it... More

The place is set off the Main street in a little alley, which makes it a nice quiet retreat. Their little garden invites for relaxation. The location is great as well, being close to the main tourist attractions and opposite of a main square where the locals hang out in the evening. Rooms are comfy and spacious, everything was clean

This is a beautiful place with lots of character and great staff. You walk into the courtyard from the crazy busy-ness of Phnom Penh to an oasis of calm. Great value for money, and very helpful people who clearly care about their guesthouse.

According to me, the location is almost perfect, close to the center of PP, near the royal palace and 10 mins from the river side by walk. This area also allows to walk wich is not the case everywhere in PP. It must be noticed that this guesthouse is in a very quiet street away from the agitation that rythms... More
