Very kind and correct staff. We stayed with 4persons (kids 10 + 12) in the family room with 2 extra large double betts. Very nice shower with multiple settings!😁 Shop, massage, restaurants all in the neighbourhood. They made us a breakfast to take away as we had to catch the train to Kampot 07.00 in the morning. Next time in Phnom Penh we’ll stay here again!

Stayed here for 3 nights with my family. The staff were amazing and friendly. I did not get the name of the manager but he was very helpful and even contacted the bus company for us. He even kept asking us if everything is alright with our stay. The furniture in our room was solid wood and the room very clean. Will be recommending this hotel to my friends. Good job Okay Palace Hotel.

Okay Palace hotel wowed us upon entrance. The advertised photos are the same in reality, like a palace. The furnitures and decorations were really given consideration, from lobby, rooms, to rooftop resto. The room (family) is spacious, beds are large and comfortable, closets with robes and safe box, mini ref, with small terrace at the back of bathroom, bathroom with separate tower and tub, hairdryer. The staff are also very nice and accommodating. Breakfast buffet is also very filling and has wide variety. Whats even great is that all those didn't cost a lot (~50USD per night for family room good for 4pax with breakfast included). Location is walking distance to the Royal Palace and National Museum too. I think this is a new sister hotel of Okay Boutique Hotel (which is more popular to tuktuk drivers, and fortunately just a few steps away), which assisted us during pick-up by our bus back to HCMC. Highly recommending this hotel.

Down an ally... Bit dire looking from the outside but the inside looked fantastic... I checked in... Was given my key card.. My breakfast vouchers.. All good... Asked for a high floor and got it.. Great.. Then the manager calls me to the side and asks me to sit down.. He tells me I booked with agoda.. I said yes... Then he says his boss has informed him that all guests booking online must pay an extra $8 a night... I asked him why... He said his boss is not happy about the price online and must pay or leave.. Well I have travelled the world and this is the first this has happened to me.. And been in Cambodia and Malaysia for the last 20 years... So I declined as I had paid in full and have done it in good faith as always... So I was asked to give back the key and vouchers and told to leave... The manager did say it was not his doing.. His boss came up with it... The strange thing is the hotel is empty.. The receptionist told me when I was checking in as I asked him.. But they have upcoming bookings.. Really I was stunned.. But as I know the city I quickly checked into another.. Then informed agoda who insisted on phoning the company hotel.. Agoda said they will be in contact with me in 24 hrs.. That was 60 hrs ago.. So I must contact them again.. My experience with this hotel.. Obviously I will never be booking here or its sister hotel again. No matter what the price.. But if you were new to this city you may well have paid the extra scam fee... Sorry I can't give you anymore info on this establishment...

Location wise amazing. Bike underground parking was perfect. I know everyone works hard to make sure you have the best experience. However there were a few hiccups during my stay. 1. There seemed to be problems with the drains. Bathroom was smelly some days. Toilet gurgling/emptying some times. 2. Poor or no ventilation in the bathroom so opening the windows ways the only way to rid the bathroom of steam. Maybe adding to the smell problem with the heat, surrounding streets, I’m not sure. 3. The bathroom ceiling was torn. Maybe due to poor ventilation? 4. 1104 couldn’t get network/cellphone reception. Wifi had problems. Sometimes the password didn’t work or my phone rejected. 5. No towels one day after maid service. 6. Asked for iron and ironing board. NEVER arrived. 7. One evening the card wouldn’t allow entry to room. 8. I tried to pay the morning after check in and reception couldn’t authorise my card. 9. No fans/air conditioning at reception which leaves you hot, sticky etc especially after a hot day. I could go on but there just minor unpleasantries. BUT when you’re not happy all the little things add up. So I’m disappointed with my stay & at times I felt frustrated. Sadly I can’t recommend & plan not to return here.
