The hotel is a few minutes stroll to the riverside promenade, and about fifteen minutes walk to the Royal Palace. There are numerous restaurants and bars nearby, but no noise from these. The rooms are quite modern and functional, with aircon, safe, fridge, kettle, tea and coffee and daily bottles of water. The star of the hotel is the rooftop breakfast room/restaurant and bar. Bright and airy, with views over the river and nearby temple.

Nice hotel, very centrally located. It is just a few steps from the lively promenade by the river, where there are many good bars and restaurants. There are two pool areas: a rooftop area with two whirlpools and a larger, beautifully shaded and green pool on the ground floor. Unfortunately, the rooftop area offers very little shade, so it is hardly usable during the day in the blazing midday sun. The hotel staff were very accommodating and very helpful with all of our needs (tours, airport shuttle...). Breakfast is OK and is served on the roof terrace with a great view of the city and the river.
The rooms we booked unfortunately had no view, but faced a rather ugly inner courtyard. So make sure you spend a little more money and choose the rooms with a balcony.

Ohana's star is definitely it's Sky bar & restaurant, with a magnificent view of Phnom Penh. It's location is 5 mins walk to the Royal Palace, with numerous shops and restaurants nearby. Our room was incredibly generous in space but very basic - the bathroom is in desperate need of an upgrade. We loved having breakfast, dinner and drinks on the rooftop. Especially loved the rooftop infinity hot tubs.

Very happy that we chose this hotel, room on level 6 was clean, spacious, bed and pillows very comfortable, air conditioning worked very well, having a balcony was a bonus. Our rooms had views of the Monestry. Water pressure in the bathroom was very good and as my curtains didn't shut properly the staff replaced them straight away. All staff in all areas were excellent, nothing was too much trouble. Roof top area was fantastic, we ate here several times and food was fresh and delicious. Huge choice for breakfast.

Air condition working very well, hot water also doing fine room was precious, all clean and staff are all attentive. Roof top restaurant is very fabulous and variety of foods. I do like their noodle soup, selection of coffee, tea pot but for me coffee was not delicious guess you pay extra to get brew from coffee machine. Location is very good and surrounding by many restaurants and bars.

The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Phnom Penh. The rooms were very spacious and breakfast was sumptuous. Also appreciate that they have a water dispenser in the lobby to refill plastic bottles. Staff is courteous and helpful. A currency change shop is just opposite to the hotel.

4 star but one extra for the free water refilling station
Pros: Good location near Riverside Two pools (one very small but on rooftop) Gym was in good condition Staff was great Rooms were clean Water refilling station is a really nice touch and help reduce plastic waste
Cons: Rooms and especially bathrooms are a bit dated Breakfast used to be a lot better. Now, except for the egg station, it is a sad affair with poor and cheap selection, and inadequate refilling (there's hardly anything left after 9am). Coffee is terrible but there's espresso you can buy. I stayed 7 nights in total and didn't bother with breakfast after 2 days preferring to pay at other establishments.

The hotel is very conveniently located along the river, just a short walk from many of the top sights in Phnom Penh. The interior is decorated to look like an oasis within the city, with beautiful pools on the ground floor and rooftop.
However, there are a few issues that are hard to overlook. The wifi has been spotty and super slow. The "hot tub" on the ground floor wasn't heated. The bottled water refill station on the ground floor isn't actually bottled water but is refilled from a (filter) tap. Our bathroom doorknob and lock was completely broken.
Would I stay again? Maybe. But there are lots of other options in the near vicinity that I'll look into next time.

Hotel in need of up updating, staff not particularly friendly and it seemed like they wanted to make a few extra $ by missing items from mini bar, charge for ‘dirty’ towels, lost key cards. The hotel was in a great location, near to the river promenade and Palace/Museum., however it was very noisy in the street till the early hours of the morning. Breakfast acceptable.

We might have been spoiled with hotels in Siem Reap and Thailand before and maybe we were expecting to much from a hotel in Phnom Penh, but in my view you should find better places in the area at the same or slightly higher prices. The rooms are not really appealing (not even mentioning the mold at the bathroom ceiling) with very hard mattresses, really noisy when facing the street, the breakfast was also not improving the impression and the other guests neither (for example wearing no clothes at upper body for breakfast). I was about to change hotel after one night …
