The staff are warm and welcoming.
Point to note: The room has no safety deposit box.
Highly recommend!
The Staff hardly speaks english and they are not very well trained.
The nexr Day our room wasnt cleaned and we had to order that after a long day of sightseeing 😢
The fitting of the rooms is very old and simple.
We will not come back.
The manager threatens you
The lights never go off and when explaining this to management their response is: well you should just sleep with the light on
There is no hot water and when explaining this to management their response is: HAHA some rooms work some don’t it’s not our problem.
When asking for a refund be prepared for the staff to threaten you, and not give you back your money.
I ordered food to the hotel which the staff then stole and ate themselves then denied ever doing it.
Be cautious of the manager. He is rude and scary and takes no responsibility for the state of the hotel.
They have just reopened but should have stayed closed.
BE CAREFUL OF THE MANAGER!!!!! Scary behavior
This is the worst hotel in Phnom Penh
The room was spacious and had a fridge, kettle, coffee tea and sugar. Two bottles of water was provided daily. The aircon was good in the room. There was a flat screen TV in the room with some good English channels.
The free Wifi was of good signal.
I had to remind the cleaning staff to clean the room on 2 days and to refresh the coffee supplies and toilet paper.
Breakfast was the best occasion and both Western and Asian food was available on the menu. The presentation of the food was also very professional and appetizing.
The pool was very nice and I could swim in the morning to start my day and enjoy the view of the surrounding area.
I would recommend this hotel for its location, the food, friendly service and the pool facilities.
There was a bit of an ant issue in my room, and the bathroom was not as advertised (no bathtub, but that’s fine). Shower is not hot in the mornings (I guess at the times when many people are showering). I also had an incident where I was waiting at the bar for service and two different staff saw me but did nothing. They were out of several of the lower priced wines — I found out when I finally got service. Not a huge deal, but detracted from the overall experience a bit.
