Room conditions are perfect, House keeping must be careful at earlier in the morning to make less noise. When they kove in floors they have to pay attention, especially on fridays. All staff were friendly and so kind. Foods in the restaurant are deliciouse. Room service also on time.

Today I experienced an excellent buffet breakfast at Platinum Grand for the second time and I no longer will have any second thought where I want to go next for breakfast again. Two types of cereals were presented and brown to casual bread was soft in texture. Various kinds of fruits and salads were really fresh and organic. Then there were the desserts:Pancakes, cinnamon rolls, strawberry muffins, donuts, cakes, and much more! Pasta truly deserves a high five. Different flavors of juices and milks were throatmelting. Omelets and specially scrambled eggs were all cooked nicely. There were lots of people around the food serving area and I really enjoyed the breakfast with my family pleasantly. The food was absolutely yummy and scrumptious. The waiters were well executed keeping the tables, floors and chairs clean. Their service was up to the mark. The waiter did a nice job of checking back to see if there was anything left that we can have and delivered everything we have called for. Overall,i was very touched with the buffet and what an amazing day it was! I am very pleased with their ambience and I highly recommend everyone to try the buffet breakfast at Platinum Grand and let your taste buds sizzled with some awesome dishes there.

This is my second trip in this hotel, my last being 2017. When you enter you will not be impressed by the lobby as it is very small and not at all glam, but don't be put off. The hotel isn't huge on lateral space but more vertically orientated. Staff are extremely polite and courteous. The hotel is clean and very well maintained. Rooms are well equipped, modern with very effective air conditioning. The shower & toilets were modern & clean and in very good working order & I had no hesitation in using the facilities. There is a restaurant (Terra Bistro) on the 3rd floor which serves good breakfast, lunch and dinner . Whilst the choice was considerable, I avoided fresh fruit & vegetables (which were extensive), because I was on a short important trip & I was being cautious, but I am sure there wouldn't have been a problem. This limited my choice. The staff were equally courteous and accommodating and went out of their way to ensure our expectations are met. The menu for dinner is Bengali & Chinese and the food was very good. We ate there three nights and were satisfied on all occasions. On the fourteenth floor there is a very good and disproportionately spacious well equipped gym, which was brilliant. The floor is almost completely dedicated to the gym! Hardly used, so perfect. On the roof-top (floor 14) above the gym, there is a small pool which given the size I feel is more of aesthetic rather than swimming value and this is surrounded by a very well developed and cute roof terrace type bar/cafe, which really adds tremendous charm to the hotel. I would definitely recommend you go there even if not staying at the hotel, as well as the Terra Bistro restaurant. In summary, the hotel is not flashy and doesn't have the extravagant entrance, but very much comfortably meets expectations. I would not have any hesitation in recommending it and would go back.
