They want to excel, but stop short. The room was noce but there was no hot water (there was a slight difference in the hot and cold water temperatures, but it certainly was way too cold.) The hot pot did not work. It was relstiv ly good value for money as most western style hotels were over twice the price.

This hotel has all basic amenities and well maintained. Room is small but good interiors. Only the problem I faced here free wifi connection did not work for me, even they put effort but could not fix it. The waiters are polite in nature and offer good services. Apart from room size, it is worth for money.

Prior to stay in this hotel because
1. Very close to the office
2. Located not in the main road, little bit quite from blowing horn
Room is tidy and amenities are ok, easy & fast check in and check out process.

Staff is very friendly, room service also delicious.

No communication between their own departments. They had no clue about the booking.
The room that was given did not lock from inside and in spite to changing the room the reception argued that it was ok and when I pushed it they mentioned that it would be done the next day and started giving excuses that no one would disturb you. Really!!!! You expect me to sleep in the room that does not lock?
The shower was bad and not maintained since long.

I had the misfortune to stay here for two nights. Myself and a colleague had booked twelve nights but left after 2. Basically on arrival, they photocopied my passport as normal and gave it back to me. I took it to my room. The only place I went was the hotel restaurant for dinner. The next morning I could not find m passport. I had not left the hotel but when I told the hotel they said "you lost it on the street". I said I didn't but they insisted I did. I pointed out again that I had not left the hotel. I then went to report it to the police but I needed a photocopy of my passport so I asked the hotel for a photocopy of their photocopy. I was advised to ask the hotel to stamp it to say they had received the original passport but they would not do it as they claimed they had no hotel stamp. One member of staff said they could print the photocopy on headed notepaper and find so but another stopped him giving it to me. A bangla friend called them and they told my friend I had left the hotel so must have left the passport in the car. Please note I am not making accusations of theft. I am highlighting they were very unhelpful but also that they told my friend untruths about my movement.

A more minor issue is that the breakfast is terrible. Basically there is little more than sweet cake and fruit. However the fruit tasted strongly of onion/garlic probably from using an uncleaned knife or chopping board/area.

I booked the diplomatic suits via agoda.com Nice room, good location. You can hear car horn everywhere since it's Dhaka, the busiest place in Bangladesh. Breakfast got less selections but acceptable. Staff are friendly. Wifi is abit slow. Check out the photos.

The property is located in Gulshan, the major business district of Dhaka.

An apartment tower seems to have been modified to make a hotel. The rooms are small and crampy missing the basic necessities. Even I could not find a working electric socket to charge my Cell-Phone. Despite multiple reminders, they failed to provide any and neither did they think of changing the room.

Thankfully I had a colleague staying up in our corporate guesthouse. And I could spend most of the time there and returned only to get the sleep.

Room cleaning was irregular. And at times required multiple reminders to even get a fresh towel.

Ok, if that's not enough, get to the restaurants and you will be surprised to see the breakfast spread. It looks kind of a spread for dolls, your daughter plays with. Thanks to the location, there's a lot of good restaurants in the vicinity to save you.

Its just the wrong time of my visit; our corporate guesthouse was full and so was Westin, Radisson, Four Points and all other decent ones; I had to force stay in this. But then I made sure I wrapped up all the weeks schedule into three days and fly-off the city.

Thank your for you effort to put up a review which not only is completely not true but is rather ridiculous. Also if it was so inconvenient to stay in this hotel, there are hundreds of other hotels in Dhaka. It is a little odd that you did not shift hotels. Moreover Westin, Radisson, Four Points are never fully booked all at the same time. Please do not try to defame someone else's business by posting such reviews.

Okay hotel. Booked for a room with bath and was informed it was Booking.coms fault for the listing suggesting it was a room with a bath. Not too much of an issue, I was more surprised being asked for a $200 dollar deposit when the total for my 2 nights stay was only $100. Makes no sense. Other than that the staff are fairly helpful.

We held a workshop at Century Park for 5 days for 25 participants. It was significantly undermined by the lack of working facilities, attitude of the management and misrepresentation of what they could offer.

The main issue was that they were unable to provide a working sound system and it was only after a member of our party intervened on the 5th day that we got anything to work properly. The room they provided us with was totally unsuitable as well. They had basically partitioned off part of the restaurant area so throughout we had other guests interrupting, staff chatting away and the phone going off. They also charged us for things like flip chart paper and marker pens.

Throughout the week the general managers were completely unhelpful and disinterested and we only managed to get the sound system working on the final day of a 5 day workshop. The owner and his daughter also refused to see me up until the penultimate day and then simply told me that it would be fixed by the final day so what was my problem?! I run many workshops as part of my job and we always get the participants to rate the venue for its suitability and comfort as part of the final evaluation. This is the only one that has ever received an average score rating it as 'poor'.

The rooms here are fine, even if some of them are small and the location is fine as well. However, for business purposes it is completely unsuitable and the attitude of the management and owner stinks. There was one helpful guy on the front desk who was really trying to help us throughout all of this but at the end of the day he couldn't fix all of the problems on his own. He was great though and I really appreciated his support when the general managers/owner/director wouldn't even talk to me!

I spent a day looking around alternative options for future events we hold in Dhaka and found some at the same price that look far better. I also saw other guests cutting their stay short as they weren't at all happy. Until this place sorts itself out and the owners start to think a bit more about the service they provide then I'd give this place a miss!
