Worn carpets, stained walls, cigarette burns on upholstery, scratched furniture, faulty plumbing and a/c, torn sheets--get the picture? There was lobby renovation during our stay-- perhaps one day it will reach the upper floors.
This hotel is tight packed, crammed in terms of space. Room is average. You may call it a proper two star hotel. Good font desk service, speedy check in. Overall good value ! Located in Banani Business District ! Recommend to solo or Business traveller for short stay .
the good things first. situated next to the popular Banani Super Market. good wifi signal the not so good small stuffy rooms age old bathrooms barren empty restaurant no morning buffet ( which, at the price it charges is sad) the very bad 1) went back on promise to accept Amex cards, which led to severe problems for me. 2) refused to provide paid drop to airport with the excuse that 'all drivers were busy'. at 7 am?? in Dhaka, its either paid drops OR rent a car for BDT 3400 per day, so it is natural for all hotels to arrange free pick up from airport and paid drops. agreed to drop after a long stiff argument with almost all the staff. 3) the staff lives in another world. unconcerned with customers problems avoid. unless your budget is less and you have cash…
In the heart of Banani, Dhaka. Friendly environment with friendly manners. You may visit for your business purposes like foreign guests staying, conference or any celebration. Professionals people are there.
Dirty, scruffy rooms. Enough to put me off even thinking about using the restaurant. Electrical outlets did not work. Only one socket was operational even after maintenance. Generally a bad experience all round.
