Hi this is Melvin, I travelled from Uk around 2 weeks back, stayed at a different hotel close to the airport, for some reasons I didn’t like the place where I checked in at the beginning!! Then I looked over few hotels on the OTA, and found this hotel, and matched my budget!! This hotel was recently reopened after almost an year, it was closed when the pandemic hit the world!! I had to stay 12 nights due to quarantine, but didn’t feel for 1s, like I stayed in any jail!! The rooms are well organised, decent sizes, beds are cozy, basic amenities are provided everyday!! Best part of the hotel is there food, it’s very very delicious and most importantly very fresh!! They have a very nice newly renovated bar/pub located at level 16 (top floor), drinks are quite reasonable!! Staffs are very well mannered!! Sure going to visit this place on my next visit!! Returning back Coxs bazar after 10 days my next reservation is surely going to be this place!! Cheers Guys!! Keep it Up😀😀😀

Worn carpets, stained walls, cigarette burns on upholstery, scratched furniture, faulty plumbing and a/c, torn sheets--get the picture? There was lobby renovation during our stay-- perhaps one day it will reach the upper floors.

This hotel is tight packed, crammed in terms of space. Room is average. You may call it a proper two star hotel. Good font desk service, speedy check in. Overall good value ! Located in Banani Business District ! Recommend to solo or Business traveller for short stay .

the good things first. situated next to the popular Banani Super Market. good wifi signal the not so good small stuffy rooms age old bathrooms barren empty restaurant no morning buffet ( which, at the price it charges is sad) the very bad 1) went back on promise to accept Amex cards, which led to severe problems for me. 2) refused to provide paid drop to airport with the excuse that 'all drivers were busy'. at 7 am?? in Dhaka, its either paid drops OR rent a car for BDT 3400 per day, so it is natural for all hotels to arrange free pick up from airport and paid drops. agreed to drop after a long stiff argument with almost all the staff. 3) the staff lives in another world. unconcerned with customers problems avoid. unless your budget is less and you have cash

Dirty, scruffy rooms. Enough to put me off even thinking about using the restaurant. Electrical outlets did not work. Only one socket was operational even after maintenance. Generally a bad experience all round.

typical low-end Dhaka hotel.... one star rating would be much too high for these crooks They tried too OVER charge me everyday I was there, Example... I went into their so-called disco on the 16th floor and looked around for 20 minutes drank nothing, ate nothing , and the next day tried to charge me 2000 taka for sitting in a chair for 5 minutes that a staff member offered me to sit in . Their attitude is that I am a white American on a business account so I will pay any charge they put on a my bill ! Wrong morons, I am an unemployed American, who loads up a credit card to come to this country, that I will never pay, to see my Bangladeshi wife who is trapped in your corrupt, thieving country. They think all Americans are rich... When I would tell them the rickshaw people make more money than me... the idiots could not comprehend this and would say ," you lie " . No one should ever stay at this hotel.... Total jerks!
