I stayed at the hotel for about two weeks. All the staff members were always helpful. The morning breakfast area Manager, Mr. Islam was always there to greet and inquire if I needed anything else. They all were very professional and there to help. Mr. Pintu was also helpful.
The front desk staff was always greeted me with a smile. The front desk Manager, Mr. Monir was also very helpful.
There are a few things the hotel can improve on - make sure the room telephones are working properly, the bathroom is cleaned, and the bathroom door locks without any struggle.

First, I need to thank a guy named Nuruzzaman, one of the most helpful and sober guys I have ever seen!
Now if I come to the point of its food, then I must recommend you to visit its "Sky Pool Dinner" of 14th floor. You can have buffet dinner with a rate of TK. 3399 per person and selected bank cards and telco partners are gonna have 50% discounts here!
Food is awesome. Specially that cajun chicken, live kitchen, slow cooked lamb, strawberry switch roll, backed cheese cake, mango moose cake - and lastly the gulab jaamun! If you come here for any reason, just dont forget try them out.

Excellent service with very friendly staff! Though I’m not here to compare , however half of my stay for this business this unfortunately was at Doreen Hotel, and it was horrible with over priced room and food.
Six Seasons , however provided discounted price for the in house restaurants. I had to extend my stay 3 times due to various flights complications, however they made it simple for me and not over charge me for anything!
This is probably one of the best independent hotel that situated in a residential neighborhood and you feel at peace.
It’s hard to find a hotel that isn’t charging you more than American standard pricing and providing you with American service , but this hotel did. As an American, I can advice my other fellow Americans to give this hotel a try!
Do negotiate the price and they will make it happen within $110/ night with tax and breakfast!

The Six Seasons Hotel in Dhaka provided accommodations for the five nights we spent in that area. Rooms were large and comfortable and the amenities OK. It was in an area it was convenient to local activities and sites just a short walk away. We had a nice view of the river from one of the higher floor rooms. Still, there is a noise issue within the hotel that was quite bothersome for several of our days and I do not know if I would recommend this property to others. The problem is that their main ballroom and entertainment area blasts music which can be heard up the entire center portion of the hotel. One night there was a very, very loud wedding that they promised would have the music stopped at 10 o’clock. It kept going well past 1 o’clock yet they seem to have no ability to stop it. While the hotel was lovely, I would suggest people say somewhere where they can get a good night sleep.

The deserts are very good! Must try! Very ambient atmosphere with very well behaved waitors. They take reservations and their top floor has a very good view with a swimming pool. Their appetizers are also very good with a lot of varities.

My stay with my sisters has been exceptional. The management and entire staff are very welcoming and supportive and extremely helpful. They made us feel like royalty but at home at the same time. The restaurants and food was great. They have a very wide selection of delicious food that caters to everyone. The rooms are very well kept. The cleaning crew comes twice a day to clean and refill things which was amazing and much appreciated. We had a marvelous time at the roof top buffet restaurant. All the staffs there are amazing as well. Especially Jahirul Islam and Rajib. They were always very welcoming, polite and helpful. Transportation service was also great. Vehicle was always available even within short notice. We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Dhaka.

During covid, we were getting bored to stay at home, so we did a one day trip there. They were well alert and maintain all safety measured. The room was 801 with lake view, amazing room , cozy and comfort. Also food was served was very tasty but bit expensive according to quantity. Still I will recommended to go there. Very well behaved and helpful staff.

I don’t even know where to start with this one. Everything from start to finish was phenomenal, we met with the team personally a week or so before and cannot stop singing their praises, Mr Moshiur the manager is just one heck of a person, everything was left in his hands and this is something you cannot normally do in Dhaka. He exceeded our expectations completely.
All our guests were exceptionally happy, the vibe of the restaurant was wonderful and the food was excellent. There is a lot of variety and although a buffet was set up the quality was top notch, not compromised at all.
Cannot sing their praises enough. Thank you Mr Moshiur, you and your entire team were phenomenal and we cannot wait to book with you again.
