The room was adequately spacious and spotless. Although the bathroom was a little small, it was very clean and comfortable enough. The hotel is a small and sweet building with very good security. All of the staff from reception to housekeeping to restaurant every single staff member was very polite, helpful and respectful. I would like to especially mention Zim Akhther who is a trainee and Riaz from housekeeping, they provided excellent service to us. Also two members from security who were very helpful on the day we checked out as we couldn't get hold of any transport they went out of their way to find us a car while it was raining. Unfortunately I don't remember their names. I will definitely come back again and will recommend to others. A very nice one night stay in a location not too far from the airport. The organised pick up was easy and reliable, and we were dropped off the next day with no problems too. We are an unmarried couple and we were allowed to stay in the same room. The staff were really friendly and welcoming towards us, and we appreciated our bags being taken up to our room on arrival. Breakfast was also very tasty and we had a chat with the chef who was a lovely man. Overall, highly recommend for a one night airport stay in Dhaka.

A very nice stay at this hotel. Clean, and spacious room with full AC. All staff were really friendly and caring. We were given complimentary pick up and drop to airport which was very useful for us. We recommend this hotel and will use it again in the future

4 star hotel with very spacious and clean rooms. Hospitality is good. It is located quite close to airport and convenient for visitor with easy access to public transportation and many restaurants and shops nearby. Overall good and service team is polite and friendly.

It was very nice to stay this hotel and friendly receptionist and rooms, food very nice . I will recommend to stay this hotels. Very nice area located this hotel and very nearest in Airport. Hotel was very clean and neat, rooms are very big and they arranged Airport Pickup and drop.

An excellent hotel which caters to all your needs. Very close to the airport, this 4 Star hotel, actually deserves 5 stars. Excellent food, the rooms are very clean and spacious, great Desktop working area, if you decide to work from your room. The staff are fantastic, always greet me with a smile, this is my home from home, the hotel actually makes me feel so welcome, I sometimes think I am in my home. As a frequent business travel based out of Dubai. I have no complaints at all about this hotel. The chef is great, if there's something that you want that's not on the regular menu, he will gladly try his best to cater for your needs, that's why I prefer this hotel than all the other 4 & 5 star hotels in Dhaka, because you wouldn't get the same personalized service, like you do at this property.…

This hotel is one of my favorites' in Dhaka, I stay there at least 5 nights every month, as I am a regular business traveler based out of Dubai. Its like home from home. The staff are very attentive to all my needs, everyone is friendly, the food is great, excellent security system in place. The rooms are Fabolous, spacious and very clean. Nothing is ever to much to ask for, what ever your needs are, you can be assured, the staff will do their utmost to meet them. Anytime a member of staff see me, their always greet me with a smile and hello. The chef will also make you any dish that you like which isn't on their menu, that's how good this place is, its like being at home, not in a hotel. WELL DONE.! to all the staff at Platinum Residence.

My first visit to Bangladesh and I felt so welcomed. Staff was friendly and helpful. Truly gives a good impression. Room was clean and modern. All the facilities worked. The food in the hotel restaurant was delicious. Room service was prompt. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and offered a nice variety. Will recommend to any friends traveling to Bangladesh.
