This place is still in business because of restaurant. Good service with delicious food. I would give 10/10 to the restaurant. But front desk supervisor or manager not sure about the title who was that man with bald head at the front desk were extremely rude. And in every towels we found hair. Unreal ! Washroom was slippery, what wasn’t clean either. It was a unpleasant stay. We would never going to stay back in your hotel.

We stopped for lunch at their restaurant on the first floor. Should have seen the tell take signs when there were only 2 patrons during lunch time. Ordered BBQ wings, chicken schnitzel and Spaghetti with meat sauce. First it took an entire 45 minutes to get outr food! Unacceptable when there were no other people. The waiting staff were also very poorly trained. No apologies, no empathy. The chicken was tasteless. Straight out of the freezer, devoid of any taste. The spaghetti was decent. Tk 2,600 for a terrible experience. Last time.

I have just received my credit card bill in for this hotel at £77.00. I begrudge every penny. I chose this hotel as I had a very early flight the following morning and figured that being near to the airport would be easier. They have a free pickup from the airport but by the time the driver has negotiated the complex one way system it took about 15 minutes to get to the hotel. In hind site, it would have been much better to stay in the Gulshan/Banani area (only another 10 minutes further down the road) and had a better choice of not only hotel accommodation but restaurants too. It would also have avoided the outrageous 500 Taka charge to get back to the airport (Uber from Banani is 200). Apart from the location, my room was OK, a little snug but nothing to complain about until I went to take a shower and discovered there was no hot water. I called the front desk, they said they’d send someone. No one appeared for 20 minutes by which time I’d taken a cold shower as I had to go out for dinner. When I asked the cleaner outside the room if he could check the water, he said ‘water is always a problem’ which wasn’t very reassuring. I told the man on reception again that there was no hot water and that no one had come to fix it, he promised again to send someone. Needless to say when I woke at 0400, the water was still freezing cold which meant that I had to endure a 12 hour flight without a shower. To make matters worse, the man in the reception thought it highly amazing that I was annoyed I’d had no shower!. I am so annoyed with this hotel, one of the basic things that you need in a hotel is hot water and it seems that there is an ongoing problem with this here. When I emailed (via Booking.com) the hotel, the (standard) reply was that they were sorry and would attempt to rectify the problem and hoped it would be fixed for my next stay!, quite unbelievable. To make matters worse, their website has been taken down so there is no way of actually contacting the hotel to complain. STAY AWAY!

According to European standard this is a lousy 3 star shabby place. If you look around outside in Dhaka it is a paradise. I was in a room without a window. The window was hidden behind a gypsum board. The noise from that blocked window was big. I think just the window behind was broken and you are on the street. It was very dirty. I asked for for another room. The new one was much better and cleaner. Internet is very slow. Connection is dropping from time to time. Breakfast is poor. Leftovers from dinner and some few very basic items. Service in the hotel is questionable. They treat white people as an infinite source of money. For a car transfer on same location in two different shifts with 2 different guys on reception I was asked to pay 500 and 1000 BDT. And none felt guilty for cheating us. The quality of the building is very poor- no sound insulation, air conditioning is working on a cold mode but you cannot control the temperature. Towels are smelling on mould. Elevator is smelly. From the hotel they arranged a city tour. Arrange is exaggerated. Just collected some money. The guy with the car was not speaking English and asked me for an address in the beginning of the “city tour”. Happily he called his boss who speaks English and we agreed on some kind of city tour. The only thing properly done was a free of charge transfer from the hotel to the airport. I think it was mainly because this shift was with the best man on the reception-he really was competent and reliable.

This hotel is pretty close from Dhaka airport. Around 10 minutes drive. Location is good . Room interior & surroundings are ok. They have buffet breakfast with the room with varieties. But need more close training to their staff. There is a sign Do not disturb in my room. Instead one cleaner entered the room & start cleaning. Very disgusting. Also they have lack communication among the staff working there. Otherwise ok.

Located a block off main road near Meridian, the honking and road noise is not bad although dogs barking during night woke me up. Staff very attentive. The smallest issue immediatedly resolved. Reception arranged reasonably priced car and driver to take us to old city and Fort. The complimentary airport pickup is fantastic! He met us at immigration, collected my suitcase in short time and took us to the awaiting car right at airport curb. Note that return shuttle costs about 12 USD, there is no bar or alcohol served, breakfast could be improved upon. Did not have buffet dinner.

2nd times in Dhaka also to stay in this hotel again, because recommend from Mr. Farid. Just inform if you to stay here, please make sure to ask for extra bed before check in, why I can say that cause the reservation officer there just sell the room not explain about extra bed, if you not asked. Every guess so different and this not fair for the last day stayed there after all the bill paid. Suprising me! The owner of this hotel talk to me that they have for extra bed, oh la la... Next suggest that give them personal training to your reservation officer there. And the end me and my friend will think twice to stay here again. But my upset can't change to wrote these and Thank you so much to you Mr. CEO for kindness.

Rooms are modern and clean. They offer complimentary airport pick up but missed to pick me up and this was upsetting but when I reached hotel they accepted their mistake and promptly offered room upgrade hence cannot complain more. Staff were courteous and helpful. Breakfast as well as food at restaurant is good. Overall had a good stay and recommended if needed to stay near airport.

It is a good hotel next to airport and people do take care. Challenge can Be language and people pretending to know English may not understand western English. Room are of decent size and good bathroom. Coffee and kettle in room. Slow WiFi Comfortable but feels like you are in a bubble. Restaurant ok but expensive
