When we arrived at the hotel we had to wait, despite the fact that early check-in was promised to us by the agent. But they gave us some nice azar tea.. that kind of compensated. The Azeri folk don't know Enhlish and it was extremely difficult to convey things to them. The room we opted for was a duplex, small but sweet.. the bedroom had 4 beds and was perfect.. don't expect fancy trippings. We stayed for 4 days. Breakfast was served in a restaurant. No variety and nothing fancy. The staff here again can't speak or understand a word of English, which is why perhaps that they don't seem hospitable. But they are friendly. Leaves, fruits Laban cheese, J's, muffins, eggs, bacon.. I believe that's all they had along with coffee and juices. Nights in the bedroom are super noisy. I actually work up startled as I felt that someone had opened the door.. but it was in fact the noises from the next room perhaps.. lot iof running sounds could be heard at around 1am.. on all days.. no idea what that was.. the restaurant serves only breakfast.. but you can get food from alit of reataurants on the streets. The best affordable food and delicious one was the doner sandwiches that was sold across the road. But it was ok.. We filled water from a cooler located outside the door.. so didn't have to buy.

Passage staff are ready polite. Most hotels don't help with checking out but here they also carry your luggages in time of checking out. The room we booked was full so they offered us a bigger one. There's a balcony on fourth floor and a cafeteria. If you're not fan of classic music choose a room in side that music classes are held in next building! Good location. Big bed, big bath, spacious but I didn't like when they knocked on the door to measure the window!! Could have done this when guests are out.

Stayed here for 4 nights, the hotel is located in the heart of Baku city. It is close to fountain square, Old City, maiden tower and Nizami park. The rooms are pretty small but neat and clean, the breakfast buffet is quite limited but nice, the front office staffs are very friendly and helpful

The hotel is centrally located near the fountain square and old city. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms comfortable and clean. The airport transfers were on time. Rooms on the second floor has a lovely old architectural touch to it. The room lacks an safe. Those of you needing to use a hair straitenter must use the power point in the bathroom. All other power points is tramps only. Will definately recommend this hotel.

Excellent hotel close to all amenities and tourist attractions, staff are super friendly and nothing is too much trouble, for me the only complaint was no tea or coffee in room. Good view from the balcony.
