I stayed here for a week on business. The room was fine, the bed was big and comfortable, the aircon worked well as did the wifi. There was plenty of hot water all the time. The furnishings are beginning to look a bit tired, but otherwise it's fine. Breakfast was generally fine, though you should know that Baku is not...

Like many hotels of this level, the Premier comes with plusses and minuses. On the plus side, the front desk staff is both friendly and helpful. They are happy to arrange taxis, keep luggage, provide advice about restaurants, etc. (English language skills vary a good bit among the staff, but the young man in the front office, perhaps the manager,...

Very friendly staff but rooms are a bit worn. No dresser or place to unpack clothes save for closet with just a few hangers. Bathroom newer (but drain smell). Overall cleanliness okay. Lower floors look out to alleys and construction lots. Breakfast nice, upstairs patio nice. Good if you are budget concerned and okay with older, more scuffed feel. Less...

I want to start off by saying that I am a regular traveler around the word(75+ countries) and this had to be one of the worst experiences at a hotel I have ever had. It started off okay with the car I had booked picking me up on time at the airport. Upon arrival I was given a smoking room....
