.
We were hotel guests for 5 nights, and since many Iranian tours are held in this hotel, I write in Persian.
1- The hotel is at the disposal of the Arabs and they do not care about keeping the hotel facilities so many hotel equipment like baths, baths, sieve boxes and even locks and window lacing are broken.
2. Unfortunately, the immoral things in the hotel are very much for the will to speak away from literature
3. The manager of a hotel is an Azeri Iranian, whom Alana told us that the services are with the masters and we do not need any additional services and expenses for them.
The 4 rooms are large, like a 5-star hotel but no tea-maker, no hair dryer, and some burned-out pastels and lanterns. Some have no lamps. All in all, there are very few light rooms and dark rooms.
5. Bathroom hangers and bathrooms were damaged in most rooms
6. The hotel service is extremely weak and it is a 2-star hotel
It is not recommended at all

i don't think it's a 5-star hotel. i wonder how they rated it?! there wasn't any hairdryer in room, no sandals or flip-flops, no toothbrush and toothpaste. water for showering wasn't hot for 2 last days, interestingly it was lukewarm.

People are friendly but the place is not easily accessible as it is not on main road. Room service was good but breakfast was average. Not much to choose from and not much to offer in terms of taste. Overall i wouldn't mind for a one time stay.

I don't really know where to start. Having stayed in many hotels around the world, living out of a suitcase for months on end, this hotel/prison has by far been the worse. I had the misfortune of having to stay here 3 months...

Upon our arrival at 3am back in March, quite a large group of us checked in. Or tried to. We were told that we we're not allowd to check in until 7am because we were not due to arrive until the 14th of March. Funnilly enough, it was the 14th and had been for 3 hours. Obviously the clocks run differently in the hotel. Be warned...

Breakfast... Breakfast was a farce and you would be better staying in bed for an extra half an hour and go hungry. The staff are lazy and inept. And quite plainly don't care. It's a buffet style bar where there's a selection of cold meats on offer including raw bacon for anyone interested in getting really ill. You could also order an omelette if you wish. Again you'll be lucky if it comes and if it does. On your head be it.

Lack of change... When paying at the bar with with anything less than a fist full of 1 manat notes, you would get some rather scowling looks and deep deep sighs as the barmen will either have to go to reception to get some change or worse yet. Put pen to paper, run a tab and do some basic maths. This severe lack of change behind the bar was alarming because some rather unsavoury characters would appear on a regular basis. Not really sure what it was about But on a regular basis, large wads of money would be exchanged between the staff and the other parties involved. Make of it what you will...

Staff turnover... Unfortunately there would be on occasion, one member of staff who would go the extra mile and go out of their way to make sure you are as comfortable as possible. And apologize for the hotels indiscretions towards the guests. Unfortunately they never lasted long and I can't say that I blame them. They were far too good for that place and needed to get out of there as fast as possible.

Room charges... Now, it is my experience that when you check in to a hotel, you give a swipe of your credit card so that you can charge items to your room. And if you reach your limit. You won't be able to charge anymore items until you settle your bill. Well. This being a modern, New hotel. With a fully computerized till interface. Oh wait. The computers never worked and I'm still left wondering why??? This hotel was more than happy to let it's guests charge items to the rooms but failed to let us know that all bills needed to be settled by Sunday. So a we arrived back from work on a Monday only to find that about 30 of us had been locked out of our rooms and would not be let back in until our bills had been settled. Imagine extorting money out of your own guests by holding them to ransom. This went even further in that messages would appear warning of the impending lock out.

I don't really know what to say. Not all of it was doom and gloom. The rooms themselves were really nice. Although it was 25 degrees outside and the hotel refused to turn the heating off because it was technically, still winter. Lots of sweaty nights Or house keeping not knowing what a "do not disturb sign" means and try enter your room 3 times in 2 hours. But that aside. I was in their country, but for 3 months that hotel was my home. Unfortunatly it never really felt that way. I've never written a review. I hope that the people at Ramada see this. I enjoyed my time in Baku. Even if it was somewhat tainted by the hotel.

That hotel has so much potential and could be so much better. Its a shame it's not. There's so much more I could say but for now I think I've said enough.

Stu.

very helpful staff. Any request shall be executed immediately, starting from the replenishing water in the room and to order a taxi.
very tasty food: Breakfast and a la carte menu.
well-groomed area.
good gym, large indoor pool (rest, when it was cool).
did not have the opportunity to walk along the sea, because all private fenced area - apparently this is such a feature.

The hotel is simply horrible: the whole building is totally run down and the hotel seems to be almost empty. Everything is broken and dirty, a strong smell of moist came out of the bathroom. The breakfast "buffet" is rather a joke, it could fit on a big tray so little it is. We alreday did not want to check in, but Booking.com said the hotel refused to cancel the first night and as we just arrived exhausted after a 6 hours overnight flight we decided to stay 1 night.

Ramada should urgently revoke its brand from that premise.

This hotel is not recommended! Here is the reasons:
- Buffet breakfast was some dry bread, and some cold stuff on a plate
- the pool was cold
- service bad
- room and toilet smelled like sewer, but i got a new room
- one staff, after i said this has been a bad stay and you guys kind of destroyed my vacation " i dont care"
- Got to bed one night, and someone had been to my room during the night and placed soap in the toilet
- had to pay 50 manat for a guest, wich is not recorded any place.

This is not a 5 Star Hotel.
Maximum 2 Star. Could not find an iron in the whole hotel. Extra hidden charges, rude management!!! Avoid at ALL COSTS ! There are so many more better hotels for the same price!

We were 27 and stayed in Ramada for four nights hotel was very good clean and luxurious but the staff on front desk was not friendly but overall hotel is good it is far from downtown so to traveling between downtown and other attractions was expensive in taxi so if you want to enjoy more like night life ,down town and other then it is not a good choice but if you want quit atmosphere then it is very good!
