Conveniently located in the business, shopping, and entertainment district, Hilton Baku offers luxurious rooms & suites decorated with most noble materials. 25 story building with unrivalled views to the Caspian Sea and the city from the unique 360 revolving bar, Sky Grill restaurant and Executive Lounge. All rooms and suites have high speed internet access, coffee & tea making facilities, video on demand, floor to ceiling windows, and separate bath and shower.
Places to stay are graded on a 0-100 scale. The higher the grade, the easier it is for travelers to find restaurants and things to do within walking distance.
Hilton Baku was excellent, from check in till check out. Everything was perfect. We arrived in the evening and within minutes we were checked in and in the room. The room was spacious and had all the required amenities. The bathroom had a separate shower and a bath tub. All toiletries were there. There was tea/coffee making facility, ironing board and iron, bottled water and mini bar. Safe of course was also there. We had some fruit and dry nuts for our welcome. The large double bed and the pillows were very comfortable. The view was excellent and we could see the sea outside our window. The hotel had a gym, spa and pool. Plus various restaurants. There was also a money exchange machine and you could get your foreign currency changed to local currency. The breakfast was also great. Whatever you could think of, was there. The location of the hotel was also great. You could het out and walk on the sea front promenade. You could be on the on the other end towards Baku Eye in about 30 to 30 minutes. Walking to the old city was also around 20 minutes. Taxis were also abundantly available outside and would normally charge a flat 10 AZN to the old city or some of the malls or funicular. Taxi to and from airport was around 50 AZN. (Coming to city we paid 50 and going back to airport we paid 40). The wifi worked fine throughout. Overall an excellent place to stay in Baku. Special mention for Orkhan at the reception who was super efficient.

We were a large group coming from Dubai and stayed one night on arrival into Baku before going skiing. Great venue and location for exploring the city. Rooms were great, especially with kids to share with (we had joining rooms) and we ate/drank at most of the places in the hotel too.

I have never previously stayed in Baku hotels and choice for this visit was rather easy. As Hilton’s Diamond and Marriott’s Platinum Elite I have decided to stay in Hilton. What a perfect decision it was indeed.
Checkin
Seamless checkin with a wonderful hosts Gulnara and Orkhan set the great start for a break in mesmerising city of Baku.
Suite
Suite was perfectly appointed with amazing views over Baku bay, I could watch the world go by non stop, mornings and evening views were especially special.
Breakfast
Incredible selection of fresh food and fruits and catering to one’s particular taste, regardless how healthy or unhealthy you wish to be. All you had to do is ask and you literally would get it as the way you like it. It seems like My breakfast needs have never been taken seriously till this visit. This was only possible to an incredibly helpful staff working there, by day two they knew exactly how I like my coffee and eggs. I was very impressed indeed, this is not something you get in any other properties you stay in Europe.
Executive Lounge
Lounge is very cosy and very nicely appointed. Normally Evening canapés served in other Hilton hotels are small dishes of 2-3 choices, here was a buffet! There’s no way you could have another meal after visiting this lounge, food is delicious and nicely presented. They served local wines and what a pleasant flavours they were, another tick. Again, staff working here is very attentive and can’t do enough to make your visit comfortable’.
GYM
GyM is on 23rd floor with incredible views to assist your workout. It’s an absolute state of the art instalment spread over two rooms, you literally have everything you need for a balanced workout. One of the best GYMs I have visited in European continent.
Spa
I had few procedures and I absolutely loved it, very well priced and incredibly good procedure including messages and facials. The massive pool and steam rooms were absolutely brilliant and very looked after.
PCR
hotel can arrange a PCR swab being taken in the convenience of your room and results delivered within 3-4 hours printed to your doorstep at £30.
Conclusion
I consider myself a very heavy traveller and stayed in lots of hotels across all continents and find myself difficult to impress however this property impressed me massively. The winning factor here are the employees, the extra mile guys go here is on another level, everything is so personalised with your complete satisfaction in mind. I can’t wait to be back again and already planning another visit to this wonderful city.

stayed in hilton Baku on the way back from Azerbaijan tour. chose the hotel becuase of hilton reputation and proximity to nizami street. this is a large hotel check in was smooth. rooms are spacious, modern and clean. ask for rooms facing the south side so you can see the light work on the fairmont hotel in the distance. wifi was strong the only hiccup was hot water supply. it was very erratic despite the technician trying to fix it once. as it was an overnight stay it did not mater that much. the included breakfast spread was adequate but the fresh fruit section can be better. all in all a satisfacotry stay

We stayed at Hilton Baku last week and it was amazing. Great staff, Bashir at the front desk is outstanding, very informative and helpful. Breakfast was good Clean rooms and pool was nice Very centrally located Do not take the red taxis outside the hotel, instead download Yango and order taxi, much cheaper. Room service is a bit overpriced. Instead, download WOLT and order food in minutes.

Our family stayed at Hilton Baku for a holiday. The hotel located in most beautiful part of the city near the Seaside Boulevard and with close proximity to the Old town and other attractions. We booked family room but received an upgrade during check in, so we had one bedroom room and executive twins room on the 20th floor. The view was exceptional overlooking big part of the city and the sea. The spa on the 23rd floor is gorgeous, not only because of the view through big windows. We dined at the executive lounge regularly, the food was served individually in format of snacks although the quality, diversity, and amount was very satisfactory. Waiters were very attentive, especially Mamed. Cleanliness of the rooms and other areas was flawless. If we visit Baku again we definitely will choose the Hilton again.

As a tourist coming with my family for the first time to Baku, I hadn't had previous idea about the hotels, the town and the people. However from the airport and the people working their the impression was that people are nice, friendly and helpful.
Their kindness and helpfulness of the officials at heydar aliyev international airport, matched by the people working at Helton Hotel.
Friendly, helpful and always smiling. The suite is clean, equipped with everything.
We were in numerous number of hotels around the the world and in each one there are some very good things and usually some bad memories, here and there, but not in Helton Baku.
The front desks are amazing people, the cleaning team are super and the team in the restaurant were lovely and great.
I can't think of any other hotel that can match all that.

My kids wanted KFC, so we wanted to order only to discover that they are not like Dubai and we have to download an app and pay to order. I had an issue with my mobile so I went down to the reception. I talked to a lady working at the front desk called Aynura. She used her mobile to facilitate things and we got the food and I paid the delivery.
Not to forget Bashir, the active and always ready to help as well as all other people working in the front desk,
Also, a very nice staff working at the restaurant. especially Alvin.

Amazing experience!!! Very warm hospitality… well spoken and humble staff, attentive to all our needs… we had a small baby, they were extremely humble to make our stay comfortable here.. the staff was extremely supportive. The room was very spacious with cozy bed and sheets…the breakfast was fresh and wide spread… the location is right in the centre with all the major attractions on walking distance… strongly recommended!!!

The Hilton is a clean, modern hotel that was a pleasure to stay in for a long weekend trip to Baku. Our room was large and comfortable. Wifi was very good. Spa/swimming area was beautiful and we appreciated they limited the number of people allowed in at any one time. Agree with another review that there was lots of attention to Covid issues. Breakfast buffet was varied and good. But what set the hotel apartment was the level of service provided. They arranged Covid tests in the hotel for us, a trip out of the city, gave recommendations for various activities, responded to a requests for different things in our room. All of this was done promptly, efficiently, in a friendly manner and always asking what else they could do to help. We'd gladly come back to the hotel.

The reception staff were neither friendly nor efficient. You wait in vain for a smile... The room was fine. However, the room cleaning left a lot to be desired and sometimes only took place after three requests. The breakfast was not appropriate for a 5-star hotel and primarily only local breakfast ingredients were offered. Tasty cheese, ham or salmon - none to be found. I didn't even want to try the hot dishes and the Kükü herb omelette turned out to be a tasteless grease sponge. Despite the time of year, the breakfast room had something of a summer campsite feel to it. The hotel bar was characterized by weak drinks and service that could be improved. Eforea Spa was very dark when I visited and not a single employee was to be seen. The hotel corresponds to a 3-star level at best in many important categories.
