The very thing about this hotel is its location. It's in a terrible cheap road motel condition but pricing policy is as if it was at least 5 stars. Wifi connection is too slow. Rooms are not well cleaned. Bathroom is too old and demands urgent repairs. Refrigerator makes so much noise that could sleep well. Room carpet is so...

The only thing that worths for this hotel is the location. The rooms are very dirty and lot of dust everywhere. You even dont feel safe staying on this hotel. Would definetely not recommend it to stay. The bar is not like shown in the pictures, very dark place and not clean.

The label outside says 3 stars but give only two. Four steps down stair at the entrance - watch out - lead in very narrow corridor that is the reception. No lift and narrow and it regular, uneven stairs claim to the so called suite at the 4th floor. Simple and essential furniture, four cans on payment in the fridge....

Location of the hotel is very nice, and puck up service was on spot. However, that is best I could say about this hotel. Rooms are very small and not well cleaned. Lot of dirt and dust on the floor. Given the price, hotel is not worth staying. Would not recommend unless nowhere else to stay. The bar is not...

It turned out they gave our rooms to the Olympic committee and failed to inform us about this fact. They promised to accommodate us in Hale...

The hotel is really situated in an ideal location. It is close to everything and the Caspian Sea. It is a beautiful but neglected building. There is no elevator and the rooms are big but not very clean. Breakfast is poor. The staff is polite. It is very positive that has free wifi.

The stuff is very nice and pleasant. The cafe is very good, especially for the hotel cafe. Rooms are great. WiFi works. The location is comfortable: everything is reachable. Not far from the sea, not far from Old Baku.

Only stayed one night here in December on the way back from a trip to Sabiribad. The hotel is in a great location. I really like Baku, and love exploring all the small side streets on the way back from the office, and stumbling on some interesting bars. The HDP is on one such side street just round the corner...

“Our suite overlooked the street and on Friday and Saturday night the bar was a bit loud. This didn't bother us, but it might be hard for a light sleeper. I'm not sure if there are any rooms that don't face the street. The street was very quiet on other nights of the week.”
