It was a pleasant holiday with my wife and children. Our children and my wife were amazed by the hotel. All our expectations were met. The staff was very kind and caring. They want to come here again next season.

Were looking for a hotel room with a pool and sauna, chose the "Superior suite". The pictures clearly showed both the pool and the sauna. As it turned out, there was none in the room for the same price, and the staff claimed the pool rooms were occupied. What else? Noisy at might, the curtains won't draw properly, so the light from the street comes right into the room. The staff also mentioned the outdoor pool, but we were unable to use it, since it was closed. If it is notavailabe, why mention it? All in all, the hotel should be more honest about its offering.

The hotel can't provide free cold bottled water to their guests . Not only that, i don't think they replenish the shampoo and shower gel daily. I can't believe I have to reason with the front desk staff for a cold bottled water. This hotel charges their guests for a cold water from the fridge. In a country with a temperature as high as 40C your comfort basically is to cool yourself with at least a cold bottled water inside the fridge (they considered a bar item). In the breakfast room the bottled water, of the same brand is given for free. They obviously do not want to replenish the contents of the so called bar items. So when I reasoned with the guest relation officer, he said that it was hotel policy that anything taken from the bar is chargeable including cold water. I do understand, but water is a necessity not something that you want. For a 4 star hotel in an area where there are other hotels who can provide a better service, I only felt so disappointed with this policy.

We waited very long to get our room, room was not for relaxing or romantic, it was for low standard human. Bathtub was leaking, also with awful smell. I didn't even want to look is the room clean or not. Didn't want to touch anything. Wiew to street. Breakfast was narrow.we had to wait until we got something satisfied our hunger.too expensive for cheap place. Nooky and dim place. Not for families. +Room was spacious

A big thank you to the staff at Green Palace who checked us in quickly and efficiently after we had an issue with our accommodation! They also helped us plan a wonderful surprise party for our friend, who was arriving later. Very friendly staff, sparkling clean and comfortable rooms. Cheap mini bar - food is slightly more expensive but still very affordable. Has a great pool (with a DJ!) and numerous places to hang out inside and outside the hotel. Overall, an excellent place to stay for young people visiting Yerevan! 10/10.

This was out first stay in Yerevan so I can’t compare Green Palace to others in the city but I wouldn’t hesitate to return to stay there again. The staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable of all you need to do and see in the country. A special mention to Sose who was always on hand with a smile to help and advise(in English as my Russian leaves much to be desired and my Armenians even worse!!)The rooms were clean, well stocked with mini bar and two tv’s, great showers and comfy beds and air conditioning. The hotel is approx 10mins by taxi from the centre but taxi’s are plentiful and it only costs £2 so we made the most of them. Bed and breakfast for approx £40 a night with swimming pool and sauna (paid for separately) and great English/Russian speaking staff what’s not to like. My only quibble would be the WiFi in our room was intermittent so best to have your own data plan in case however it was good at the pool.

We were visiting with a couple of friends from Dubai in November to celebrate. The hotel is nice and clean and close to city center. However, the staff are exceptionally nice! We were assisted by Vova and Vache at the hotel, and I cannot describe how kind, prompt, smart and kind they were. Will definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.
