We went to this hotel as a group, we were around 20-22 persons. It was a very pleasant stay but we faced many problems. The electricity went off the first night and we couldn't sleep because we had to open the windows to get some air and there were a lot of mosquito. They told us the whole street was...

The best things about this hotel are it's location and the friendly service. Although our room was not perfectly clean (I dislike dirty carpets attahed to the floor), it had a large balcony and a small fridge. The service was something that we were particularly surprised by- all the employees are friendly, neat, speak English and Russian and are always...

I stayed here with a small group recently and found it to be very welcoming - the staff couldn't do enough for us, and took care of members of our group who were a little unwell. The location is perfect - just a very short stroll from Republic Square and close to numerous restaurants. I agree with others that the...

All facilities (including, thankfully, air conditioning!) were in good shape and the rooms were nicely done up. The staff in particular were very helpful and accommodating, going the extra...

Hotel House is a small but very comfortable and accommodating place. It is situated in a very good location, near Republic Square, but also near many stores, cafes, and restaurants. The staff is also very kind, welcoming, and sociable. My room was cleaned daily and I also had air-conditioning, free wi-fi, and an outdoor patio with a beautiful view. A...

The hotel is in a quiet location, while only 2 minutes walk from the very city center. The atmosphere is cosy, breakfast offers a rather large choice. Staff is helpful and flexible. All in all, I only stay here when on a business trip in Yerevan.
