Really helpful people run this hotel which is just off Mashtots Avenue and a small park. Rooms are perfectly spacious and have adequate bathrooms with plenty of hot water. Beds are comfortable and breakfast is simply lovely. It is about 15 - 20 minutes walk from the market and near enough to walk to all the places in the city... More

Villa Delenda is a beautiful house. The rooms were decorated in a cosy way. It was nice to see them named after cities. The breakfast was excellent. The place is in the middle of yerevan but at the same time on a quiet street. For the price and location, it is an excellent place to stay at.

This small property overlooking a pleasant square is tastefully decorated with period furniture and its spacious rooms exude an air of subdued good living. Relax in the cosy living room after a day of sightseeing, enjoy the well-selected works of art that grace the bookcases. The family-size breakfast tables are set with bespoke ceramic dishes crafted by a foundation that... More

It is an old listed house hosting the Italo-Armenian centre and it lets some rooms to tourists. The staff of course speaks Italian, beside Russian and some English. They are very nice; we said our room was small and they moved us to a very big one for free. The house is decorated with beautiful ancient furniture and there is... More

Very nice and authentic (though not really cheap) place (which will hopefully resist townplanners threatening to destroy the few remaining old/historic buildings, like Villa Delenda), right in the compact centre of Yerevan. Safe area (also at night), close to restaurants and shops, around 15 minutes drive (max. 2.000 AMD) to the airport. Since early this month, they do accept credit... More

Well placed near the centre of Yerevan and we had a large comfortable room although it was a little noisy being close to the front door and outside traffic. Thicker curtains would have helped keep the street lamps from shining through. Breakfast was delicious with superb yoghurts and fruit compotes. Staff were very pleasant and helpful

Other reviewer's adjectives are true: charming, characterful, cute. You will feel good about supporting them. It was a bit confusing figuring out how many beds and what KIND of beds come in a room (ie. 2 twins, 2 doubles, etc). I booked a twin room (2 twin beds) for me and my dad for 2 nights. We had the Surmali... More

We visited their sister hotel in Gyumri before staying at Villa Delenda. Both hotels are part of an urban renewal program, where they renovate an old building and teach craftwork to locals, selling the crafts in an onsite shop. The hotel itself is charming and warm and the room we had (Erebuni) was large, we'd give the hotel a solid... More
