Hotel's Favorite
My stay in the hotel was for long 16 days 😀 and i enjoyed each and every day of stay . The hotel is located at Komitas Road walkable access to major supermarkets, restaurants and Rio Mall (food court) . The service was amazing from check - in to check - out. Right from Reception staff, housekeeping and Kitchen staffs were all superb and very helpful. The room was spacious with a nice cozy bed , cute fridge, kettle , TV , chair and large cuboard , attached bathroom with all amenities and get cleaned daily . Self service breakfast was provided daily with a set menu, which was pretty decent. I would suggest them to bring a variety on their daily set menu 😃 .City centre is almost 15 minutes drive from the hotel , but that doesnt matter since you have public transport and Yandex taxi. Highly recommended! Thanks to all the staffs in the hotel and the owner to make my extented stay comfortable . շնորհակալություն SRI

No lifts and nothing great about breakfast overall not satisfied with the service. We have stayed underground and it was not at all recommended to any tourists because you can’t enjoy anything the night was terrible. The breakfast was just some fruits cheese and eggs

The hotel is good and the rooms are huge enough for me. Although, they don't have lift specially when your room is in the higher floor but it won't change the fact that they give best service. Room was perfectly clean and sanitize which is i love most. Breakfast is from 8-11am which I was so excited everyday to wake up and eat their traditional food as I never tried. They have contacts in reception if you wanna call a tour package, it was close enough to Republic Square.

The quality of the hotel rooms is good and the rooms are large. Breakfast is served buffet style and is relatively complete. But it may be a little different from the tastes of Iranians. The hotel staff is very well behaved. Especially a beautiful lady named Annie who behaves very heartily and sincerely.

No elevator. No slippers. No first aid box and even a simple pill for headache. No tooth brush. The worat thing is that there is a house near the hotel that has an angry and crazy dog barking all the night. I couldn't sleep well. Just breakfast and receptionist were good.

We went to Armenia on October 11th and we stayed at the deluxe hotel Yerevan for 7 nights. The hotel is a 1 min walk from the Rio mall and near the city supermarket. The receptionist Anni is the sweetest girl and she is very helpful. The rooms are clean and so is the room service. I just recommend they change a little bid of their daily breakfast because it is always the same. I would definitely stay there the next time.

This is the worse experience in last 15 years of my travelling about a hotel. No amenities available which are shown in website. They have converted swimming pool in a guest room. No 24 hr room services available. They dont keep more than half roll of Toilet tissues in toilets . you need to demand always. No packed Drinking water in room available. Staff is not cooperative except the porter. The Breakfast is more worse I have in last 15 years ,No continental options not even the they gives omelets. the Hotel is far from City center so all attractions are away. Rooms are not sound proof.
