My stay in the hotel was for long 16 days 😀 and i enjoyed each and every day of stay . The hotel is located at Komitas Road walkable access to major supermarkets, restaurants and Rio Mall (food court) . The service was amazing from check - in to check - out. Right from Reception staff, housekeeping and Kitchen staffs were all superb and very helpful. The room was spacious with a nice cozy bed , cute fridge, kettle , TV , chair and large cuboard , attached bathroom with all amenities and get cleaned daily . Self service breakfast was provided daily with a set menu, which was pretty decent. I would suggest them to bring a variety on their daily set menu 😃 .City centre is almost 15 minutes drive from the hotel , but that doesnt matter since you have public transport and Yandex taxi. Highly recommended!
Thanks to all the staffs in the hotel and the owner to make my extented stay comfortable .

I have already stayed at Deluxe Hotel Yerevan and just visited it in the previous month. The exceptional hospitality with clean and comfortable rooms is what I generally expect from a hotel, and Deluxe Hotel Yerevan has always met my expectations. I think this hotel can give you good value for your money. The hotel is not centrally located, but it is only a 10-15 minute walk to the metro station. Within 40-50 minutes you can walk to the center and main attractions. If you love walking for exercise (and if it is not so hot), it is a really nice walk. Or you can get a cab. It is not expensive in Yerevan. My room was clean and comfortable, with a beautiful painting. The walls in the halls are also decorated with paintings like in an art hotel. Breakfast was good. They offered all the standards including different types of bread, seasonal vegetables and fruit, scrambled eggs/omelets, hard boiled eggs, sausages, a few types of cheese, cold cuts, buckwheat cereal, rice, pastry, all of which were prepared well. I also booked my airport transfer through the hotel. Everything was very well arranged. I was met by a nice lady who was very helpful, and we had an interesting conversation on the way to the hotel. The hotel staff was very nice, friendly, amiable, accommodating and consistently made sure I was comfortable. This hotel felt like a home away from home. Thank you so much! You made me feel very welcome.

No lifts and nothing great about breakfast overall not satisfied with the service. We have stayed underground and it was not at all recommended to any tourists because you can’t enjoy anything the night was terrible. The breakfast was just some fruits cheese and eggs

The quality of the hotel rooms is good and the rooms are large.
Breakfast is served buffet style and is relatively complete. But it may be a little different from the tastes of Iranians.
The hotel staff is very well behaved. Especially a beautiful lady named Annie who behaves very heartily and sincerely.

The hotel is good and the rooms are huge enough for me. Although, they don't have lift specially when your room is in the higher floor but it won't change the fact that they give best service. Room was perfectly clean and sanitize which is i love most. Breakfast is from 8-11am which I was so excited everyday to wake up and eat their traditional food as I never tried.
They have contacts in reception if you wanna call a tour package, it was close enough to Republic Square.

The worst hotel for your visits, no room service available even to deliver a bottle of water in your room. Breakfast is pathetic. No toiletries, no heater or cooler working. Thermostat is just for showpiece. They say it's a 3 star hotel, sorry but they don't even deserve a single star

It is a nice hotel with kind, polite, and patient staff. Receptions are so welcoming that you feel at home. They try to help you as much as possible. I tried three rooms at this hotel. All were clean, neat, and tidy.
In this price range, the breakfast was acceptable and delicious.
